    when you are outside the country except a trip to the ghanian embassy..Gov job is to provide water,lites,rubbish removal,hospitals,schools,police...No More! The usa gov will not finance your trip to Mecca or Israel...Unless y ...

    If Pilgrims can afford plane tickets to Mecca then they shd be in the position to feed themselves as well. Afterall performing Hajj is not a National Duty.
