This same AAL Company was indicted for ILLEGAL Power connection sometime ago.

AAL was also indicted by CEPS for owing the State almost 10 Billion Cedis in 1998 for Fraudulent Warehousing Transactions. When he was arrested and he decided to pay, Ministers of State were those who pleaded with CEPS to let him go.

Is it not STRANGE that AAL was given these Judgment Debts which were incurred in the 90s during an NDC Govt in 2010, the pendency of another NDC Govt.?

If their claims were legitimate why did AAL not pursue them during the NPP Administration?

Institution after Institution has protested amounts paid in Judgment Debts to AAL on their behalf and yet we pretend we do not know what is going on.

This is what happens when you have Appointed Officials on the Payroll of Private Companies.

Is anybody Listening? I doubt it.
