    in most of the world education up to 8th grade is free here we struggle to pay our bills and school fees are high ,you would think that in an oil producing country like ghana the govrenment will help falks to send their kids ...

    American banks send information to the Internal Revenue Service & require id so the money is taxed...Thats why rich americans have Swiss accounts too!

    The cost of sending money or anything to Ghana is too expensive. I also send barrels to family in the Carribean and it is cheaper than the Ghana door to door.

    During the NPP reign, Kuffour, the JAKass used to announce the foreign remittance to Ghana himself and credit any increase to "confidence in his administration". The guy really deserved "gold chain" for stupidity. What a sha ...
