The perception is quite obvious; Mahama promotes those who have been caught up in the web of the woyomisation, watervillisation, isotofonisation and gyeedasation of Ghana because he himself is part of the planning, looting and sharing brigade.

There is no other explanation why Barton Oduro, now deputy speaker, Betty Mould Iddrisu, Okudjeto Ablakwa (Isofoton; taking a legal case out of court to settle privately with isofoton an illegal judgement debt)are either promoted or walking free today when it is quite clear they are implicated in the losses suffered by Ghana.
