    The NDC is a killer. The amount of monies pain in the last 10 years as judgment debt could have subsidized utilities in the next 100. Government is milking the people.

    I dont think that utility subsidy is the cause of an increase in Ghana's debt margin but rather the salaries of politicians.It is unreasonable for a developing country like Ghana
