I sad, but not surprised. I have never believed the report coming from the numerous NGOs in our country. I believe all of them are cheats.
Please, take your evidence to the public. It is good to put them here but as usual, you see that people here are political animals and they like to deal with NDC and NPP topics rather than social ills in the society. If you had already taken it to the police and nothing is being done, you can probably try any of the FM Radios.

I am pleading to let us all look for those organization leaders who has been "CALLED" to the work, and encourage them. Not only the bad ones. It sounds to me like praying to GOD and mentioning the devils name all the time.

This is a fantastic article, as sad as it may be. OrphanAid Africa is a nonprofit in Ghana that is committed to helping the DSW to shut down illegal orphanages, reunifying children with their families, and then supporting those families so they can adequately care for, protect and love their own children. For children who truly do not have any family, we provide foster family care so they still receive the type of love and support they would receive in their own homes, but with a specially trained foster care provider. Ghana is seen as a model country in terms of development throughout the world, and could potentially lead the way for family-based care initiatives. Articles like this that raise awareness about illegal orphanages help to protect orphans and vulnerable children throughout the country. Thank you for your insight and your challenge to the Ghanaian people to be more aware of this situation.

The article is good but in another way it could turn to hurt others. There are many kind hearted people who already are using their own pocket moneys to support orphans and are planning to raise funds to put up a better place for the orphans. Such article will only worsen situation of orphans because people who will be willing to donate to help this kids will hold back. The article is more negative on the orphanages. The writer could have done better.

Great article and an eye opener. Glad someone is looking out for the children. It's unfortunate that people will stop at nothing for the love of money.

thank you for writing this article. I knew that most of these orphanages are using and abusing our children. Please continue to follow up and name names.
