And all kinds of things being tried already,AIDS,WARS, MAN marrying MAN ect,ect all in the effort to control population so what else can be different?

There're thousands of old and rickety ships abound both sides of the mediterranian whose owners could be mafians ready to sink their ships for insurance and also, could be approached by the "DARK FORCES" of EU who are proponents of population control to do the dirty work of MORE AFRICANS MORE MONEY.
Folks the enemies of Africa has many colors.

Leopold of Belgium killed and murdered 20 million in the Congo alone in 20 years. The Germans did the same in Tanganyika, Namibia and today's S. Africa.
