You peole are missing a very glaring problem. Mahama is INCOMPETENT, PERIOD. What is showing here in Ghana is that "not all vice presidents are presidential material".
Obviously the NDC is strongly behind their man, which is as should be. But no amount of support can convert a veep to a prez. Asking an incompetent person to appoint competent people is oxymoron. All Mahama knows is how to survive...and he throws money at people and problems...cos that is NOT his money. GYEEDA, SADA, RLG...and nnow the people outside are getting a sense of how bad Mahama is.
