Only people who are not sure of their identity, or have done evil things against their own country, like to remind themselves that they too are PATRIOTS.

That being said, I am elated about the revelation that these NPP guys never could control their household budgets, or that of their small organization. To think they want to screw up the Nations Budget again. Oh what a Revelation!

Let's begin to remove all forms of corruption and fraud from within the party that could tell the true nature of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) as we prepare for 2016. Some folks have taken things for granted. No bribery and corruption in the party, now and forever! The kind of progressive Ghana that Nana Akufo-Addo and Dr. Bawumia want to build does not include corruption and fraud. Let's get the right foundation well laid and build on it from here. It's time for accountability!

I agree completely with the position that ahs been raised that, first and foremost, the present and immediate leadership of the party should in the interest of promoting the over-aching aim of transparency and accountability, an independent and unbiased team should conduct a forensic audit of the accounts of the party. It's imperative and of utmost importance that, going forward, this exercise is conducted immediately. The attempt to conduct an exercise to select a "flag-bearer", when the very foundation of the party has not be raised and strengthened, would invariably spell doom for the party, not just in 2016, but in all elections that would be conducted in Ghana forever. It's a bogus proposition and should be jettisoned pronto.
