    AMERICA SHOULD NEVER LEAVE THIS MASSIVE AMOUNT OF MONEY (US$7BILLION) IN THE HANDS OF GHANAIAN POLITICIANS AND OTHER GHANAIAN "LEADERS", OTHERWISE THIS MONEY WILL DISAPPEAR IN NO TIME.
