Jerry Rawlings and his PNDC rattled the same old socialist and "revolutionary" nonsense about the US, IMF and the World bank in the 1980s. When they ran down the country without a penny for expenditures, it was the same IMF and the World Bank they ran to and not the sponsors of the revolution. What's Pratt's economics or Finance background. Remember how the IMF had to write a budget for us in 1984? We accepted it because the revolutionary government of wee-smoking school dropouts like Jerry Rawlings did not have a clue about anything, nor did he go to Gadhafi's Libya for money.
