Since when has the goverment in Ghana proivided accomadation to Ghanaian citizens apart from few privileged entities like the police, armed forces, prison officers, ministers, parliamentarians, judges etc. Tell us eye to eye which ordinary Citizen apart from those mentioned enjoys government's accomodation? Of course it is a Bonanza year for you to invent private names and spend the money for your own investments so long as there is no transparency in the system.

In usa, Military,prisoners and elderly, President and Govenors are the only provide with housing..The housing project have been torn down in most usa citys because the give birth to crime..So extremely poor are given dicount ...

In usa, Military,prisoners and elderly, President and Govenors are the only provide with housing..The housing project have been torn down in most usa citys because the give birth to crime..So extremely poor are given dicount vouchers to live in private apartments or houses...Police, teachers and Doctors must rent or buy homes from their salary..This is why gov has no money...Mp's must rent from their salary or hosuing allowance like Senators in usa!

talk is cheap. Ghanaians and investors are having huge sums of money to develop this nation but their efforts are being thwarted by the Bank of Ghana. Ask America where the money comes for development. Check on Asia to. All these are foreign private funds. Whilst US allows anything to come into the states Ghana is being told not to allow money in and given it a name. Where are the Gadhafi money where are even Nkrumah money. all starched away in foreign land using them to develop their nation. If bank of Ghana does not sit up by the end of December the dollar will be up to 3 cedis. Since Ghana is a stable country the Western world is scared the funds would be move here for development so they have urged the Bank of Ghana to be a stumbling bloc to these investors. Who can show me or point to a country where World Bank and IMF had modeled and had become a pride to Nations. They have for years embarked on destroying Nations and keeping them to become economic slaves and it is high time Ghana sit up and reason on this issues. Ghana should check on the success story f the Asian countries; anything goes today America cannot stand China Japan even Korea. If and investor brings in $1billion and goes into real estate of 10,000 houses and if 10 persons are employed for each house that gives 100,000 employment. all these people will pay tax to the government the bank of Ghana will also retain 2% just imagine the income that the Ghana government will generate. There are a lot of people even very rich Ghanaians ready to invest here but this nonsense going on at Bof G is crippling the nation. Increasing tax and bills will not solve anything. the government is rather causing people not to honor their obligation. You are forcing people to cut corners. There are so many easy and more lucrative ways that the government can generate money.
There are to many small minds in the government and they are not thinking and being innovative. Please Ghana increasing tax is not the key. It is not biblical to.

how can you build at 30% when in usa a 30 year loan is 4%, 5-6 year car loan 5% and the evil credit card are 11% (no collateral)...But savings in usa is only .25%
