Justice Atubugabuga is a taliban judge and will remain one till his death.
Atubugabuga pratices sharia laws, hence his drooling with the election petition that showed how his warped and twisted minds understood the laws.
Even though the supreme court before the start of proceedings decided to set 2 issues for the trial i.e.(a)whether or not there were statutory violations, ommissions, irregularities and malpractices in the conduct of the elections held on December 7 and 8, 2012 (b)and also whether or not the said violations, omissions, irregularities and malpractices affected the outcome of the elections, Atubugabuga and his sharia court ended up finding statutory violations, ommissions, irregularities and malpractices in the conduct of the elections but unwilling to admit these and rather ended disgracing themselves by rather calling for reforms.
Reforms for what ?
Why call for the fixing of something that isn't broken ?
Atubugabuga and his fellow taliban judges have disgraced themselves beyond redemption with the supreme corrupt judgement.
May the gods of Ankobra River, Asuakawkaw River, Ayensu River ,Benchema River , Bia River , Birim River, Black Volta river, Daka river ,Dayi River ,Densu River, Edam river, Fia river, Jelem river, Kwasu river,Kpeshi Lagoon, Menu river, Mo River, Nasia River ,Nini River, Nuboi River ,Nworanae River ,Ofin River ,Ongwam river, Oti River, Oyoko river ,Pra River , Pru River, Pumpum River, Sanwu river, Sene River, Tano River, Tsatsadu River,Volta River , Wawa river,White Volta River ,Wurudu River,Lake Bosumtwi and Sakumono Lagoon inflict their arses with very very big 'pompors'(boils), so that they will never be able to sit comfortably on their arses to enjoy the harvest of their corrupt judgement.

Ghana is crap; a country where no laws are obeyed and no one is punished for crimes against the state and the tax payer; it is a country where the ruling government and its ministers are allowed by parliament to rape the nation blind through heavy borrowing then plan, loot and share the money.
A country where workers are not paid or when paid in arrears while the MPs and ministers pay themselves in advance, fat cat salaries, and drive in fat cars with fat allowances while sending their children to schools and hospitals abroad.
For the mean time the poor farmer producing food for the fat arses has not even got decent water to drink and you coward Ghanaians everything is allright; NOOO it is not allright. We need a bloody coup to get rid of these greedy bastards who have chopped everything to the bone and there is nothing left for the poor sods.
They have been in power for 5 years but refuse to accept any criticism for their failures and they blame the opposition parties for all our woes while absolving themselves with excuses of the incredulous kind.

Nation Building? I believe that is all this debate is about. Have you paid school fees this term? I have managed to pay for five individuals ranging from GHc750.00 to GHc2000.00. In fact I had request from over twenty individuals.
When "ide bee keke" triumphs over "Free SHS" the foundation for nation building is weakened. When you win elections at polling stations only to lose at the collating centres under the cover of darkness, it is like building a nation on the foundation of sandy soil.
When fine legal 170page addresses/arguments/charts lose to 50page baseless/ patronised /overnight arguments at the Supreme Court petition verdict, then nation building has reached lentil level without a single stone or iron rod!
My friend you don't fool anybody with these childish planks. If you are a joker, I will share this Mahama Joke I received on whatsapp with you.
Mahama met with the Queen of England.
He asked her, "How do you run such an efficient government? Are there any tips u can give to me? I want to help Ghana
Well, said the Queen, "the most important thing is to surround yourself with intelligent people."
Mahama frowned and then asked, " But how do I know the people around me are really intelligent"?
The Queen replied," Oh that's easy, u just ask them to answer an intelligent riddle" The Queen just pushed a button on her intercom " Please send David Cameron in here, wuold you?
David Cameron walked into the room and said, Yes, Your Majesty.
The Queen smiled and said, Answer this riddle. David, your mother and father have a child, it is not your brother and it is not your sister. Who is it?
Without pausing for minute David Cameron answered " that would be me"
"Yes very good", said the Queen
Mahama went back home and asked his Vice President Emissah
MAHAMA : Answer this. Your mother and your father have a child, it is not your brother and it is not your sister, who is it?
AMISSAH : "I'm not sure, let me get back to you"
He asked all his staff in the office but none could give him the answer. Finally, on da way VP Emissah ran into Nana Oyeh, and Emissah asked Nana.
AMISSAH: Your mother and your father have a child and it is not your brother or sister, who is it?
Nana answered sharply. ' that's easy, its me!!"
Amissah smiled and said , 'Thanks'
Then he went back to speak with President Mahama
Amissah: Sir, I have the answer to that riddle,
Its Nana Oyeh!!!!!
Mahama got angry, he said to Amissah " No wonder Ghana is not moving forward, lm surrounded by Dummies!! The answer is David Cameron.

PROF KWAME FRIMPONG MIGHT NOT BE TAKEN SERIOUS READING THROUGH HIS BIAS AND UNPATRIOTIC CONTRIBUTION. WHILE THE LAW PROFESSOR IS ENTITLED TO HIS OWN OPINION, HIS ASSERTION DOES NOT REFLECT ON THE GENERAL CONSENSUS OF THE GHANAIAN PEOPLE WHO HAVE BRAINS AND MINDS OF THEIR OWN. I HAVE DIFFICULTIES UNDERSTANDING SOME PEOPLE WHOSE CONTRIBUTIONS PORTRAY FALSEHOOD AND FOR THAT MATTER CRITICAL WITH THE TRUTH ONLY TO SCORE ACADEMIC POINTS. THESE ARE PEOPLE WHO BY VIRTUE OF TEACHING EARN THEM PROFESSORSHIP AND WHO THINKS THEIR BIAS VIEWS AND SIDELINING MUST BE UPHELD IN OUR SOCIETY. IF SO THEN, THE QUALITY OF LEARNING IS GONE MAD. ONE THING I HAVE OBSERVED IS THAT, MOST GHANAIAN SCHOLARS ARE ILLITERATE IN THEIR ANALYSES AND CONTINUE TO MAKE SILLY CONTRIBUTIONS UNMERITED. IF PROF. KWAME FRIMPONG IS OF A SOUND MIND, HE WOULD ALSO NOTICE THAT ARTICLE 64 OF 1992 CONSTITUTION DIDN'T PER SE INDICATE NANA ADDO AND HIS COHORTS CAN PETITION JDM AS THE FIRST RESPONDENT, WHY BECAUSE JDM DIDN'T DECLARE HIMSELF AS THE PRESIDENT. SECONDLY, DR BAWUMIA AND JAKE SHOULD HAVE BEEN OUT OF THE CONTEST. IF DANQUAH INSTITUTE CAN GO ON BREEDING SUCH BIAS SCHOLARS WHO WANT TO ROAM THEIR IDEOLOGY DOWN OUR THROATS, THEY MIGHT FIGHT USELESS BATTLE BECAUSE MOST WISE GHANAIANS ARE NOT TRIBALISTIC AND CANNOT BE INTIMIDATED BY THEIR FOOLHARDY. IT WOULD BE RATHER SAD AND PITY TO HAVE YOUR CHILD IN THE CLASSROOM OF PEOPLE LIKE PROF FRIMPONG WHO WILL NOT IMPACT ANY GOOD KNOWLEDGE INTO THEM.
THE SC VERDICT COULDN'T BE OTHERWISE BECAUSE THESE LEARNED JUDGES WOULD NOT STOOP LAW FOR THE MERE FACT THAT NANA ADDO WANTS TO BE A PRESIDENT. ALL YOU THOSE WHO ARE MAKING HOLLOW AND USELESS STATEMENTS AND CONTRIBUTIONS SHOULD TURN AND LOOK AT THE WAY PEOPLE VOTED THE PARLIAMENTARIANS. IN OUR ELECTION HISTORY, NO PRESIDENT HAS WON ELECTION WITH MINORITY IN PARLIAMENT. SECONDLY, NANA ADDO ONLY WON 2 REGIONS OUT OF THE TEN AND WHILE JDM DID BETTER IN HIS STRONGHOLD, HE ALSO BRIDGED THE GAP IN ASHANTI REGION. THEREFORE, IT'S QUITE OBVIOUS THAT HE LOST THE ELECTION OUTRIGHT BUT ONLY SAVING FACE BY GOING TO COURT.
WHEN I LISTENED TO NANA ADDO ON BBC HARD-TALK, I WAS CONVINCED HE HAD NO MESSAGE FOR GHANAIANS AND THEREFORE HEADING TOWARD LOSS. HIS ALL-DIE-BE-DIE AND "YEN AKANFO" MANTRA REALLY SUCKS AND ALSO INCITES TRIBALISM. AS IF NOT ENOUGH KENNEDY AGYAPONG WARMONGERING TO EXTERMINATE THE EWES AND GAS IN KUMASI WAS STUPIDITY RATHER COURAGE.
AT THE MOMENT NANA ADDO IS HAVING GOOD TIME IN UK AND THIS CLEARLY INDICATES THAT IF THE COUNTRY WERE PLUNGED INTO WAR, PEOPLE LIKE YOU WOULD HAVE BOLTED AWAY AND LEAVE INNOCENT PEOPLE TO SUFFER AND DIE.
I THINK YOU BETTER COME TO YOUR SENSES AND KNOW THAT GHANA IS NOT FOR NPP. THANK YOU

What do you know about LOGIC? The law is there purposely for a common good: If the law says votes should be annuled when irregularity occurs, that's what SHOULD be done. Insofar as Africans DISREGARD the law and use IMMOTIONS, we'll always fight.
When you refer to "illogicality" you're rather referring to the one who failed to apply the law( as in the constitution)in judgement, not the one pointing out the flaws.
Unfortunately, many Ghanaians think on your line of mediocrity similarly, so we'll be behind civilization for LONG, LONG time.
As Professor Kwame Frempong said, IRREGULARLITIES in elections is allowed by law now. Also, it doesn't matter anymore if Presiding Officers don't sign pink sheets at polling stations, and any party that feels cheated can challenge that by any means necessary apart from the court, including fighting!!
The BORN LOSERS you referred to, are the Supreme Court judges who UPHELD an illegality. They had the GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY to reverse electoral menace plaguing Africa, but they FAILED with SHAME!!

Where in Ghana constitution is stated that valid votes must be annulled if the presiding officer failed to sign the pink sheet? The constitution mandate the presiding to sign the pink sheet. Election dispute: Petitioners won by 5-4 majority
DEAR SAM OKUDZETO AND THE READING PUBLIC OF GHANAWEB.COM.
IT IS SAID THAT THOSE WHO PURPORTED TO KNOW BETTER SHOULD ALSO BE SEEN AT THE ARENA OF THE DRAMA AND SAME APPLIED TO SAM OKUDZETO, ESQ. POSTULATION.
THAT TO PURPORT TO ACQUIESCE AND TO LATER WAKE UP FROM DEEP SLAMBER OF SLEEP TO BECOME ANALYST AND TO PURPORT TO BLIND FOLD THOSE WHO ARE IGNORANT SHOULD NEVER HAVE COME FROM LAWYER SAM OKUDZETO.
HOWEVER, IF IT IS ONE OF THE PLOY THAT LAWYER SAM OKUDZETO HIMSELF KNEW HE WAS INVOLVED IN WHEN THE FIRST PETITIONER HON.NANA AKUFO ADDO WAS THEN GHANA MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS THEN HE COULD PURPORT TO RESORT AN ACT TO TWIST HISTORY.
THAT AS A LWAWYER OF HIS OWN CALIBRE HE SHOULD KNOW BETTER THAN WHAT HE PURPORTED TO BE POSTULATING AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?
THAT THE TRUTH OF THE MATTER IS THAT THE PETITIONERS HAVE NO LEGAL BASIS AND NO LEGAL CAUSE TO UNDERTAKE THE PETITION ITSELF BECAUSE THEY KNOWINGLY KNEW THAT THEY LOST THE ELECTION AND THE PETITION.
THAT THE GROUNDS OF THE ELECTION OFFICIAL FAILUR TO SIGN THE PINK SHEETS THAT THEY RELIED ON AND OTHERS THAT THEY USED THE CONSTITUTION THAT THE RULES OF INTERPRETATION CLEARLY PROVIDED FOR "THE MENS REA" THAT IS, THE INTENT OF THE ELECTION OFFICIALS THAT DID NOT SIGN THE PINK SHEETS WHETHER OR NOT IT WAS INTENTIONAL, WILLFUL OR DELIBERATE ACT THAT THE PETITIONERS THEMSELVES HAVE ALSO MADE THE SAME MISTAKES OF ?
IN THE LIGHT OF ABOVE THE RULES OF EQUITY EQUALLY APPLIED THAT "HE/SHE WHO SEEKS EQUITY MUST HIMSELF/HERSELF DO EQUITY" AND ALSO "MUST COME TO EQUITY WITH CLEAN HANDS".
BUT IN THE CASE AT DISCUSSION THAT THE PETITIONERS WERE ESTOPPED AND THEREFORE COULD NOT ASSERT THAT CLAIM ALSO.
THAT THE PETITION ITSELF SHOULD HAVE BEEN THROWN OUT SINCE THE PETITIONERS CLAIM FOR RELIEF WAS TO ANNUL VOTES AND THE LEGAL ISSUE HERE IS/WAS WHETHER OR NOT UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 64 OF GHANA 1992 CONSTITUTION THE SUPREME COURT HAS THE POWER AND AUTHORITY TO ANNUL VOTES WHEN THE COURT IS/WAS ONLY GIVEN "A DECLARATORY JUDGEMENT POWER/AUTHORITY?"
THAT AS LAWYER SAM OKUDZETO IS A LAWYER OF FORMIDABLE STANDING I COMPLETELY LEAVE THE ANSWER FOR HIM AND TO ENABLE HIM TO REVISIT HIS OWN POSTULATION AS ABOVE AND ALSO TO ADVISE HIMSELF OF THE LEGAL RAMIFICATIONS OF THE PETITION ITSELF.
RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED.
GOD BLESS GHANA AND AMERICA.

Opinions differ when we give different interpretation to sensitive
issues like what transpired at the supreme court. First and foremost
the learned judges are human so they can be pardoned when they err. However they gave judgement in the supreme interest of Ghana and not in any ones interest. If judgement had gone the other way round, the vanquished would also protest as is being done now. Once upon a time
judgement favoured one group of people and they were happy and never complained, today the game has shifted and they are complaining. Let us all as a country try to accept defeat in good faith or in the future bring neutral judges from outside to judge sensitive cases for us.

What Ghanaians must understand about the SC judgement is this: The Court did not decide on the merit of the case at all. Rather, it went the 'unjudicial' way of preserving peace in the country, which I agree with the Judges. If they had adjudicated the case based on the constitutional provisions governing elections, there would have been violence and possibly tribal and/or civil war in the country by now. I agree with them for sustaining peace in the country 'now'. But the Good Book says in Amos 6:3 that YOU REFUSE TO ADMIT THAT A DAY OF DISASTER IS COMING BUT WHAT YOU DO DRAWS THAT DAY CLOSER - (The Good News Version of the Good Book). LET'S PRAY FOR GHANA.
Thank you.

Mahama was right to say that Ghanaians have become pocket lawyers. Yes we have, and far better judges than the Atuguba led criminal judges.
In fact the lay men view and right judgement was far more legally grounded and naturally factual than the judgement given by Atuguba the man with little brain as the guinea fowl or no brain at all.
Thank God for the divine calmness that befell the country before and after the disheartening judgement made by the paid judges to impose a criminal immoral on the people and country.
We also must thank Nana for his wisdom to accept the criminal verdict which avoided the diabolical plans of the bloody NDC's diabolical plan to send the country to another bloody violent way like pathetically happened in the Ivory Coast.
Atuguba should be interdicted and made to face the justice of the land. Why did he run away from the country immediately after the bribed judgement if his conscience did served him right for the bias judgement?

The Professor should have started with the petition. The stone age thought processes behind the petition should have been examined first. It all started as electoral fraud involving the raiding of Akuffo Addo votes to pad up Mahama's votes. Then the allegation of electronic interference of fax transmissions. Then several amendments of the petition which was preceded by allegations of Police confiscating NPP laptops and Gloria Akuffo's vanishing hard drives.
Come the penultimate day of the hearing, the NPP Counsel shamelessly alleges and withdraws electoral fraud allegations after mentioning exact number of votes stolen from his client. All the time his evidence EXCLUDED 2,002 PINK SHEETS INCLUDING THE ASOKWA PINK SHEET.
The Supreme Court hearing was all about tolerating the insanity of the petitioner's. This half baked twit of a Professor should know that in any other stone aged civilization the petition would have been thrown out for BAD FAITH. Why have they up to today not told us why they excluded 2,002 pink sheets?

There are some shit professors and there are some more. The election was a process and the vote is the expression of sovereign right of the individual and to use a single requirement to deprive the voter of that right would have been wrong. Is he rather not a Stone Age Lawyer, as he rather so rigidly wants to interprete our constitution despite whether the votes of citizens should suffer when they are not party to somebody else's mistakes or connivance to give an election a bad name.

This law professor is a fake and might have bought his degrees. There are lots of case laws which authenticate the line of reasoning that informed the SC judgement. And what about the recent judgement in Detroit over who the winner of a mayoral was? Everywhere like the US, UK, Canada etc. the sanctity of the vote is the ultimate and adm. errors, omissions etc. are not sufficient reason to annul a vote. This position safeguards the vot against those devious characters like Akufo-Addo who might want to use the back door to the presidency. NPP is a concert party.
