A prominent Ghanaian has just been cut down by the terrorist and we sit back and do nothing. What an “afraid” country – what Ghanaians don’t realize is if you do nothing, the canker spreads. Unless we plan to not travel to other countries but even that it could be brought to our door step.
We are accepting aid from every Tom, Dick and Harry including Iran because we are lazy, corrupt and not ready to think outside the box. We have Iranians build mosques for us because as usual we like freebies – but have we sat down to figure out why the focus of Iranians is on mosque building in Ghana. Are the youth who go these mosques getting radicalized?
Our borders are so porous everyone freely gets in and no one cares. Mahama and his security team need to open their eyes, and I hope this incident claiming one of our own will be the eye opener.

when it comes to dealing with terrorism, Ghana cannot defend itself, so, the best thing to do is to stay away from making comments or doing things that would upset the insurgents. Take Canada and US for example, because Canada stays away from fighting terrorist, they have no terrorist attacks in that country compare to US. Somewhere last year, Kenya was warned not to support US attacks on Al-shabab, but they ignored the warnings. Ghana must be careful with US, because any support given to US could have serious consequences. May God protection be on Ghana

I have often heard Christian leaders in Ghana claiming Muslims and Christians worship the same God. I tell you this is far from the truth and the Muslims know this fact but they always pretend. You let the population of Muslims in Ghana reach 40% and Christians will smell the pepper in Islam as is happening in Kaduna. The inability of Christians to condemn one Alhaji Imoro of Kumasi who threatened to burn Kessben FM, a radio station owned by a devouted Chrstian, with his Muslim Zongo terrorists is the mother of all hypocrisy.
Listen to what Richard Wumbrand said about this hyocrisy. "Christians a not going to quarrel, but are not going to allow anybody to swallow them either. If Christians take the attitude of live and lets live towards Islam, it will surely live but Islam will surely swallow them one day".

Mr Bombande,as much as I share your view that Ghana must improve its internal secuirity,I don't go with your 'gathering and sharing of intelligence' if i understand that to mean, teaming with some world power to cause harvoc in peoples' lives.As for prioritizing security,I disagree also.we should prioritize fighting poverty,educating our people n improving health facilities. As for Mr Emmanuel Sowatey,you should know Ghana is under no obligation to send peacekeepers anywhere since they didn't distablize the place,let those powers who felt its their God-given right to interfere in other nations do it.My belief is that Ghana should continue to be a small,quite,peaceful and tolerant of people of all races and religion.GOD BLESS GHANA
