    He is right, the debt to GDP level is not worrying. The question is that what are they using these billions of dollars for?
    There is nothing to show for these billions of debt.

    Bro,it's not worrying because the know it all Ndc is in power,and with this huge debt they will safely drive us through the mountains. Let us just sit tight and enjoy.
