I was horrified to learn that a ban has been placed on motor bike riding in such a deprived area, being a strong advocate of such means of transportation for rural areas in particular: bikes, motorbikes, tricycles either paddle or motorised, etc. I didn't know that there was a ban there in the 1st place. Why on earth must the reporter assumed that all readers will know why a ban was imposed in the first place?
What was the problem? Is that the best solution? Anyone knows? Let me know and I guarantee to give a better solution. Already have for the health workers. Their bikes should be painted in distinctive colours and registered with special numbers if it is absolutely necessary to maintain such a debilitating and counter-productive ban.

A typical example of foolish and stupid actions. you don't have a solution to address the problem, but you go ahead and implement actions without thinking of the consequences. You know medical staff are not on hand but you don't address the problem by doing anything to help them. Just give the district rural areas a car now. Am sure one ponko abodam to each area will do the job. oesn't have to be new.

Which IDIOT, Banned motorbike riding in Bawku Municipality? And nobody in government has done anything about it?
Are we developing forward or backwards?
That lack of development thinking has crept into, or penetrated all levels of government, such that some official at the district level can just stand up and ban the use of motor bikes.
That is crazy. Why should we allow such stupidity???
