    Dr Wampah should tell Ghana what to do to outlaw deficit financing and to grow the economy apart from the oil sector. There must be economic and financial solution for Ghana

    Does it scare anyone else that they missed every last target they set for themselves - obviously they would never be exactly right to the Peswa, but they missed the targets, and they all went in the wrong (negative) direction ...
