  Does it scare anyone else that they missed every last target they set for themselves - obviously they would never be exactly right to the Peswa, but they missed the targets, and they all went in the wrong (negative) direction ...

  One way to judge if someone is doing a good job is how close they get to their targets - so far this year, things are not going too well in that regard
