2. Employ young graduates from the tertiary institution to man your customer service, strategic marketing department and
3. most importantly as production supervisors to bring innovation to the shop floor.
I see most of the industries hiring a lot of expats from the far east. This surely increase your production cost. Others are been run as family businesses just milking all the proficts.
Substitute some of your raw materials with local products and you will stay competitive
Lastly competitionis good take it in good faith and improve upon quality

I send barrels of goods monthly to my girls in ghana to sell!
