NPP: DR. AFARI GYAN IS GOING NOWHERE

Let it be known to NPP and their surrogates that the EC chairperson has the position similar to a Supreme Court judge. The president cannot terminate his appointment. He can resign on health reasons or if he chooses to do so on his own. Dr. Afari-Gyan is going nowhere. Whether the NPP likes it or not he is the EC chairman. Dr. Afari-Gyan is the best EC chairperson Ghana/Africa has ever produced. The EC supervises elections and not any of the parties (CPP, NPP, NDC etc). No party should call the shots. Therefore any reform must be led by the EC. Period!

Kufuor is not the best person to call the sheeps in the NPP to order. Kufuor cannot see eye to eye with Dr. Afari-Gyan. Ask who ordered the search of Dr. Afari-Gyan's office whilst he was away in Sierra Leone on election mission in order to frame him? Who suggested in the immediate aftermath of the 2008 elections that the EC chairperson should be limited to two terms in office? Dr. Afari-Gyan is not in the clique of the corrupt leaders in Ghana which is why he is not liked by his peers. If Ghana had ten Dr. Afari-Gyans we will be better off by now. Typical NPP! The NPP is blaming the referee (Dr. Afari-Gyans) instead of putting the blame on the woeful performance of their team led by “All Die Be Die” Akufo Addo and his ignorant loud mouth adjutant little John.

Isn't it ironic that a man who almost brought Ghana on the brink of war is now being hailed as statesman? What a travesty to the rule of law. This happens only in the religiously intoxicated Ghana. Elections were held in Norway and Australia reccently. The losers accepted defeat with grace. Not in Ghana/Africa. We always feel cheated because most of us are cheaters. We therefore feel or find it uneasy to when non-cheaters like Dr. Afari Gyan are on the scene. Ghana is for Ghanaians and not for a clique of gangsters.

My Conscience! John, It is not often that we get blessed with humble and honest personalities like Dr. Afari Gyan. I am not singing praises for NDC or the EC. I am saying it like it is. Kwadwo has done no wrong. The SC has confirmed his declaration as of December 2012. His sterling and unblemish reputation stands unabated. Besides his enormous contribution towards our twenty years of democracy cannot be underestimated. There are four Ghanaians in our 56 years who in my humble opinion stands out from the crowd. Like it is said many are called but few are chosen. The following personalities make my best list of four. Kwame Nkrumah, Kofi Annan, JJ Rawlings and Dr.Afari Gyan. These men like them or loathe them are the four pillars that Ghana stands on today. They carry weight in our young history.

What has Kwadwo done to deserve rebuff from haters? Dr. Afari Gyan has been pivotal in our peaceful 4th republic that we take for granted and nothing can change that. The smooth transition from one party to other has been made possible under his leadership and guidance. Kwadwo's failure is, he is not among the clique of corrupt leaders or politicians. Were he to be corrupt, he would be swimming in money.

So John my honesty does not deminish my CPP affliation. The NPP can conspicuously often try as they want, they cannot erode or destroy the international and established reputation of this honest man. The attempt by NPP sore losers to cheapen and compromise Dr. Kwadwo Afari Gyan's reputation will fail. Kwadwo enjoys a world wide respect and NPP can't do anything to tarnish it. NPP footsoldiers and faithfools be fair sportsmen and women just accept defeat and move on. The Supreme Court of Ghana has spoken and no amount of whinning will change it. Better invest your time and energies into 2016 elections. I am done!

Question: So, what WRONGS did Dr. Afari Gyan commit if the electoral results have been declared good, fair, transparent, authentic, etc., etc?

Show me where in this BIG WORLD that elections are PERFECT? Nowhere, folks!! Common sense even dictates that an error margin of +-3% to 5% in any electoral contest should be accepted, because HUMANS are not perfect, Negroes, and are bound to make mistakes

The NPP wants Dr. Afari-Gyan replaced because they lost. How STUPID could they be? Can’t they even think that Dr. Afari-Gyan and the EC will be VERY CAREFUL in 2016 and beyond?

So, if Dr. Afari-Gyan is fired or resigns, who should APPOINT the next EC Chairman? Should it be the NDC President Mahama or who else? Shouldn’t he NPPers figure out that if the president should appoint the next EC chairman, he certainly will appoint somebody who is SYMPATHETIC to or even a member of the NDC? The NPP should take their loss and go home from their own foolishness, complacency, arrogance and timidity in the 2008 elections—just after Kufuor—which they should have easily won!!

I'm not a supporter of any of the political parties.I Speak for myself and make comments on the merits of the case.
Is the present EC boss the only person in his Country that could execute that job/position ?
Looking back,during the Election Petition, Dr Afari-Gyan said:
1.He did not know where particular sheets were printed.
2.He admitted the sheets at most should be original,or original and duplicate.(I stand to be corrected).And he did not know how there's a "triplicate and let alone a quadruplecate.
It's Crystal clear from those answers that Afari-Gyan had Compromised his position of a EC boss.
Therefore,he cannot be trusted to continue to be the boos at the EC,and to oversee another or the next general elections.
It's as simple as that !
