    IF IT IS THE DUTY OF THE PRESIDENT TO HELP THE SOLE COMMISSIONER OF JUDGMENT DEBT ON THIS CASE THEN I PREFER HE SHOULD ALSO HELP THE COURT TO RETRIEVE WOYOME CP AND OTHER DEBTS FOR US.
