Simple we should just tell the Russians that over here our presidents are sometimes even knock down by stray and reckless drivers.If they are not sure they can confirm from Kufour & Rawlings,they were saved by street hawkers.

IT IS VERY VERY ASTONISHING, THERE WERE NO SECURITY PERSONNEL WHO COULD ARREST OR CHASE THE DRIVER.
