    Are they going to pull it down and re-build it? $24.5m can build a new complex similar to Job 600 in some countries!

    Demolish this albatross monstrosity old building and put in place a new one. $24.5m for conversion, that is not a good use of tax payer money.

    $24 million, is no small money. Why do we pump all these money into a structure that is already collapsing.

    That Job 600, has undergone many repair and renovations already.
