From the NPP, re-cycled politicians, such as Asabee, Drs. Anane & Kennedy have emerged from their political obscuranty to belch out some level of advise to their compatroits, but beneath these utterances are hidden political agendas: "we are ready to compete..."

On the part of the NDC, slick people with political ambitions have emerged to debunk the idea that they are not interested in political positions. Mention could be made here of "Dr" Spio-Garbrah and the Ampofo guy.

No! NPP should prove to Ghanaians that it really is a credible alternative to the NDC by assuming the position of a positive opponent (i.e.refrain from systematic refusal of governmental projects,propose possible solutions to get Ghana shoot foward..etc.).Ghana right now surely goes through difficult economic jam but that's true of many a country,the so-said developed ones included.So this is the time I think all political parties must (or should) shoulder Prez Mahama to pull our nation through all the economic turmoil.I really appreciate Mr.Asamoah Boateng (NPP) calling for a stop to the harassement of Mahama's gov't & Dr. Kumbuor (NDC) urging his partners to stop talking & work.These two are the sincere,consciencious politicians we need to pump up Ghana's development. The issue is that they do not have the gumption and the ability to deliver, space or no space. Besides, what does Asabee mean by NPP harassing the gov't? Infact, labour, businesses, investors, policy analysts, think tanks, governance experts, the citizenry, opposition elements with a keen eye for detail are all urging the gov't to be up and doing, since, the continued failed policies of the gov't coupled with the massive and very high doses of corruption and unbridled chicanery by the gov't of the day, is having a heavy toil on the average Ghanaian who is bearing the brunt of very high taxes, increase in fuel prices, removal of subsidies, unavailability of credit, high interest rates, etc, etc, which makes the standard of living extremely difficult. The NDC gov't from 2009 till now, has failed to deliver and well meaning Ghanaians as well as right thinking Ghanaians have every right under the sun to demand that the gov't of the day, performs, that the gov't of the day delivers, that the gov't of the day is held accountable, that the gov't of the day which in recent times has demonstrated a huge penchant for graft, a humongous appetite for looting at the expense of laying the right foundation for the country to take off in the right direction, instead of the current retrogressive direction is reversed. The constitution again expressly states that, any action of the president whilst his presidency is being challenged in court would be without prejudice, so what is Asabee, whining about?
The core issue is the NDC needs to perform, the NDC party needs to deliver and their manifesto promises, would eventually come up for scrutiny space or no space. Ghanaians would continually hold the feet of any gov't in power to the blazing fire, since governance is not a tea party, since governance is not a lounging event to be drinking caviar and smoking cigars, and engaging in subterfuge and cacophonous noise, with nothing to show for it. NDC turn it up or go home.
