  The heading is too misleading.Ghana does not only have water management problems.Gross mismanagement is an integral part of Ghanaian life.Mismanagement is every where in Ghana.

THERE ARE GHANAIANS HERE AND ABROAD THAT CAN HELP TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM ONLY IF THE GHANAIANS OVERSEAS EXPERTISE CAN BE SOUGHT. THE LOCAL LEADERSHIP DO NOT TOLERATE SEEING THESE BROTHERS COMING TO HELP. WATER DISTRIBUTION PLANNING IS THE PROBLEM FROM THE START AND IT HAS GROWN TO BECOME UNMANAGEABLE. HAVE YOU SEEN WATER HYDRANTS ANYWHERE, THAT TELLS YOU WE HAVE A PROBLEM THAT WILL NEED A HEAVY CAPITAL INFUSION TO SOLVE. ANYONE COMING WITH ANY SOLUTION IS TO BE OPENED TO PUBLIC SCRUTINY FOR SUGGESTIONS. THERE HAD BEEN INSTANCES JUST AS THE DUTCH COMPANY. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE ISRAELI EXPERTS KNOW THAT THE DUTCH DID OR DO NOT KNOW. PLANNING, PLANNING AND AGAIN PLANNING AND I MEAN DEMOGRAPHICS. STRUCTURAL PLANNING AND SUFFICIENT
  CAPITAL TO SUSTAIN THE WHOLE PROJECT, NOT PEACEMEAL SOLUTIONS.

  Israelis are not good yet, we send our sick leaders to them. Does it make any sense? Those people are humans like us but they think with their head while we think with our stomach. When the Melcom or whatever building collapsed, dogs were sent in from Israel to help our foolish and useless authorities to locate those buried in rubbles. Can't we trains dogs to do the same and then the question that comes is, will monies allocated to train such dogs be available? Someone will pocket such money and nothing will happen to him or her.

  Ghana's problems are uncountable. From the presidency to the last man/woman/child, walking on our soil, we have problems that requires divine intervention to solve it.

  Ghana's problems are uncountable. From the presidency to the last man/woman/child, walking on our soil, we have problems that requires divine intervention to solve it.
  
  Name one thing that we can do properly other than being corrupt, greed, nasty, dishonest, irresponsible, haughtiness, mean, tribalism, nepotism, hatred, envy etc. These are the things that we can manage properly.
