Standing, of course.
It is not Aggudey's legal problem that is on the line but rather the character of the man that bought the presidential candidacy of the CPP which the CPP put on sale with some of the money that he should have paid to SSNITT. Rest, he used it for the delusional campaign and lost!
You see, he therefore epitomises what the CPP had become - a party that prostitutes itself to the powerful and loaded - until Samia rescued it from the money-bags but since the rot was already very bad and the mentality of the masses distorted, they also chose to follow the money-bags and abandoned Nkrumahism!
You see where I am coming from? There is more there where that comes from.

Judges in GH need to go back to school again, perhaps they will learn much on when the country needs to take advantage of situation like this. Instead of jailing him for 3 months they could have impose a huge amount of fine on him to pay which will help the country. They are rather sending him to prison to increase the expenditure of the prison department which is pat of the expenditure of the country. they are going to feed him , provide him with shelter, light , water and many more which is useless. His level of crime does not merit this kind of punishment and i think Gh judges can do well.

the man has managed to open a company that employs young men and women but he failed to pay their ssnit contributions. what about the syndicate of thieves and corrupt politicians who have been using their kickbacks and exgratias for luxurious cars and sending their children to expensive schools abroad instead of investing to create jobs?? what contributions do they have? i think he should have been ordered to pay by installments for a certain number of months. it's good to have a job that pays you but fails to honor your ssnit contributions than to be unemployed and be a footsoldier for NDC/NPP. I ll be happy if all the jobless people in ghana had jobs that do not pay ssnit contributions.
