"Etuo mu yesum",no one is here to impugn the intergrity of the Asantehene in public. But have you ever sat and asked yourself why is he always involved himself in somany questionable scandals and controversies ever since he came to the throne? There is news that he can never set a foot in Canada because he has an arrest warrant waiting for him for:
1. dooping an Asante woman of her money.
2. there was a case in the country
in which he was rumoured of
involved in drug peddling.
3. Using IMF money ment for
education to buy a villa in
Britain for himself.
The last but not the least
this present bribery case.
Why all these? Is there no one brave enough in the whole of Asante to call him to order? Did the Asante kingmakers check his back ground before crowning him as their king? As a matter of fact other may not have as much problems with the Akyems as they do with the Ashantis but you can’t traffic with Gas, Ewes, Fantis, Akwapims, Krobos, Adas and Northern tribes unless you are prepared to genuinely and wholeheartedly respect one another. What benefit is it to the Asantehene to influence the verdict that the SC Justices rendered apart from the peace of the nation? Is the Asantehene so destitute that he needs to bribe the judges? Did the writer forget that the Asantehene himself, by virtue of his position was the One, who sat in judgement in matters of life or death in the Kingdom? Does the writer want to tell us that the King would adjudicate matters of life or death with a corrupted and easily bought mindset? If the NDC governments that appointed majority of the judges on the panel cannot influence them, how can they expect the Asantehene to do so? And were all the judges beholding onto the king?

This is a direct insult and assault on Asante and Asanteman. The article was written by a person with agenda against Our King and Our Kingdom. Is it inconsequential that The Asante Region and all of Asanteman voted overwhelmingly for the NPP and for Our King to nefariously influence a court verdict against the NPP? The article is nothing but an "argumentum ad captadum vulgus". Just an appeal to the crowd of simpletons and XYY Chromosome degenerates who cannot formulate proper truth and falsity of premises and their implications by simple logic.

Yes we are in modern times and a modern nation state, the peace and welfare and security of which we are all incumbent to uphold. However, the new national structure and democratic dispensation should not be a license to libel the king and by some infantile extrapolation attack the Asante. We shall defend Our King with our very lives if need be, but we are also to accept criticisms of him in a civil discourse, not aspersions, not by contumelious lies and cowardice.

I, Osepetitriku Bosompra-Gyeabuor, would be among the first to admit if there is a fault with the king, but I would also be the first to die in the defence of the king if he is wrongly and stupidly maligned.

We want peace, and Ghana will proper in peace and in an atmosphere of robust collegium of confraternity among all her ethnic groups, with civil discourse and the common good as our credo. However, not peace at any price and those who have made it a habit of insulting our king and attacking the Asante must take heed!!

THAT I AM RESPECTFULLY OBLIGED TO REVISIT THE $10 MILLION ISSUE THAT I RAISED AND QUESTIONED H.E.FORMER PRESIDENT OF GHANA JOHN AGYEKUM KUFUOR AND HON.NANA AKUFO ADDO WHO WAS THEN GHANA MINISTER OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS DURING THE THEN NEW PATRIOTIC PARTY (NPP) GOVERNMENT WHEN UNITED STATES OF AMERICA GAVE GHANA GOVERNMENT THEN $547 MILLION FOR POVERTY REDUCTIONS ALSO KNOWN AS " MELINIEUN GRANT FOR POVERTY REDUCTIONS "UNDER H.E.MR.FORMER PRESIDENT GEORGE W.BUSH GOVERNMENT WHEN DR.CONDOLEEZZA RICE WAS THE SECRETARY OF STATE.
THAT THE ISSUE STILL REMAINS WHETHER OR NOT UNITED STATES OF AMERICA GAVE ME THE $10 MILLION THROUGH THE NPP GHANA GOVERNMENT THEN?
THAT I RESPECTFULLY URGED H.E.FORMER PRESIDENT OF GHANA JOHN AGYEKUM KUFUOR AND HON.NANA AKUFO ADDO TO ANSWER THE QUESTION AND ALSO TO CLARIFY THE POSITION, THERETO, TO HELP BRING THE MATTER TO A CLOSE.
FURTHERMORE, H.E>DR.MR.PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA DULY SIGNED AN EXECUTIVE ORDER AND THE THEN HON.SECRETARY OF US TREASURY TIMOTHY GEITHNER SENT ME THE E-MAIL LETTER NOTIFICATION AND REQUESTED MY BANK ACCOUNT WHICH I OBLIGED AND GAVE THE BANK ACCOUNT WITH A CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE THEN SECRETARY OF UNITED STATES TREASURY DEPARTMENT TIMOTHY GEITHNER TO DEPOSIT $10 MILLION ONLY INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT AND THE MONEY WAS STOLEN IN PENNSYLVANIA AS THE WACHOVIA BANK NOW WELL FARGO BANK DETECTED THE FRAUD, THERETO.
THAT THE RECENT FRAUD THAT OCCURRED AGAIN WAS AN AWARD TRANSFER MONEY AWARDED BY "TOYOTA" IN THE SUM OF 700,000 BRITISH POUND STERLING THAT I DULY GAVE MY GHANA COMMERCIAL BANK SAVINGS ACCOUNT A TRANSFER WHICH WAS TO BE DONE BY THE IRISH ALLIED BANK THAT THE TRANSFER HAS NOT BEEN EFFECTED UPTIL NOW AND A CRIMINAL REMOVED THE NOTIFICATION E-MAIL LETTER FROM MY E-MAILS SITES.
THAT THE ISSUE CONCERNING THE FEDERAL CIVIL RIGHTS RELATED LAWSUITS THAT I DULY FILED AT THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT IN RICHMOND VIRGINIA FOR A GENERAL DAMAGES OF $45 MILLION AND THE DEFENDANTS PURPORTED THEY SETTLED THE LAWSUITS WITH ME AND PAID ME $20 MILLION BUT STOLE THE MONEY AND ALL OF THEM RESIGNED AT THE SAME TIME.
THAT THE $20 MILLION PURPORTED LAWSUITS SETTLEMENT FRAUD TO BE ALSO REVISITED AND TO BE INVESTIGATED THOROUGHLY FOR JUSTICE TO PREVAIL.

He was acquiescently quick in yielding to the bidding of this pompous self righteous dictator of a Jerry Rawlings to troop to Nana Addos residence in Accra to entreat him to ACCEPT THE VERDICT OF THE COURT. A charlatan of his make. Why couldn't muster all the courage to point this to the Atuguba NDC muppet judges to exact the sanctimonious justice required of them. At least the Chief Imann and Kofi Annan were emphatic that substantial justice was required of the Justices of the Supreme court to settle peacefully the edgy mind of Ghanaians. And in any case is that how he will adjudicate on a case before his royal courts with the preponderance of such evidence before him.
To the other Chiefs who signed of that invidious letter threatening a response to the Fee Press story of this rather debased Otumfou I will want to know from what they had to say when that NDC nonchalant on Joy FM News File programme imputed that Osei Tutu II was a beneficiary of the NDC scandalous judgement debt payments. Still on this matter why hasn't any condemnation from theses chiefs for barbarism from these MACHO meted on the the staff of Kesben FM.
