    should have left work for the trained people...he should have had rubber gloves on..You will almost never see employees of electric company in usa not wearing rubber gloves and lines are protected in work area to

    HOW CAN WE HAVE AN INNOCENT PERSON KILLED FOR LACK OR IMPROPER SAFETY PROCEDURES IN EXECUTION OF HIS JOB UNDER THE GLARE OF OTHER SENIOR OFFICIALS.
