LET THE DISTRICT GO ICT AND COMPUTERISE ALL DEPARTMENTS.NO COMPUTERISATION,POOR REVENUE COLLECTION AND YOU CANNOT DETECT FRAUD AND CORRUPTION.PROJECTS CANNOT BE MONITORED AND BUDGETS WILL BE INFLATED.
