  It is gladdening to know that there are public interest groups up there fighting for the right cause. I hope others who say they believe in the rule of law will take up other worthy causes. It must be honed down the Ignorance ...

It must be honed down the Ignorance of the law is no excuse so continuous education will help us as we aspire to upper middle income status
