As far as I am concerned , Tsatsu's statement were emotions steaming from similar judgement that sent him to prison rather than the benefit of his intellect and we should let it ride.

The Supreme Court decision is final and all ghanaians agree to it. The Supreme Court is next to God in ghana. We respect God and respect our SC.
When the SC in january decided John Mahama was the President it final because the SC cant overturn the own decision. God dont overturn his decision.
Atuguba and the 8 judges know they cant overturn a decision they made in January by making John Mahama the president. They listen to the petitioners to see why they are saying the election was rigged in other to know what has be going on with our EC.
We are happy to know the problems our EC has and its time we get solutions for our EC.
The SC judges can not over turn their own decision by asking JM to be the president in january no matter how rigged the elections was and we respect it.
Without our SC we have no democracy and without EC no democracy, rule of Law will not exit. We should be thanking our SC for listening to the petition and allowing the whole world to watch it live.
Any fool like Tsatsu who think the petition was to remove John Mahama as our president is mistaking and a country breaker.

I am highly disappointed by people who do not want to hear the truth being told because it affects their friends, relative or their so called party. Now let us sit and reflect on People who are calling for the head of Tsatsu for speaking his mind on the just ended SC ruling on the petition. Go round the whole prisons across the country and you realized that 75 percent of the inmates there are all innocent people jailed at the expense of this hypocrite judges. A judge must leave all his political affiliations and social dealings and cut the sod where it should be placed. You cannot use technicalities to win your case. Use your God given conscience to direct you in given judgement and that is exactly what Tsatsu is telling the Judge and then people come on board to insult because judgement did not favor them and their party. Your explanations on this platform means that justice is what comes your way and not the other way round. Let us learn to speak the truth to our families and friends and stop supporting our families and friends even if we see their faults. We are calling ourselves as religious men and women yet we are far away from that teachings. God will never forgive those fail to speak the truth. they are already sinners who cannot reform themselves. Repent and do good deeds. Don't hate because it is not of your brethren. Love every person as your own self. Tsatsu was right to mention a behavior of that SC judge. Thank you

He should go back and check media reportage on what people have been saying all this while using derogatory language, war language,self conceited language, and all manner of bad things one can imagine. Where has that person been all these while? Is he saying that he never heard those dirty languages/statements? Isodec needs to check this guy before he finishes destroying its image won out of the hard work of good people. Isodec has been known to be very objective on issues but this guy has destroyed using the image he didn't contribute in any way building. Mind you some of us know the history of Isodec very well. Tsatsu is a danger to Ghana. His comments also makes a mockery of Atuguba's verdict. The verdict was a sham. Atuguba's verdict has only confirmed why at the very beginning of the hearing some people opposed him as the president of the nine judges.
Mahama as a President of Ghana must now accept that he has being confirmed as a fraud President who attained the highest office of the land in a deceitful ways.
Nana Akufo-Addo lost because Atuguba rail road the verdict, but won by all who heard the trial. This is why Nana Akufo-Addo if he is healthy should be awarded the leadership of the NPP to combatt Mahama in the 2016 election.
What is sad for us is that Mahama is the head of corruption in Ghana who is now in charge of our money and resources.
This is like making the fox to be the head of the chicken coupe.

His comments related to a particular Justice, underscored by empirical facts.He did not denigrate Justice Anim-Yeboah in anyway. All he said was, because of his predilection, his decision went a particular way, as happened in a past encounter with him.

One could not help but surmise that, Justice Anim-Yeboah has an aversion for anything NDC. Tsatsu to all intents and purposes was the NDC's sponsored candidate to the position of the CEO of the Ghanaian petroleum entity and Justice Anin-Yeboah's assiduousness to jail Tsatsu, even confusing the INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND with the INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CORPORATION, ignoring the fact when this lapse was raised and taking a position at tangent to the NDC at the recent election petition hearing is enough to convince even the hardened sceptics that Justice Anim-Yeboah is not a great fan of the NDC.

Tsatsu's was a statement of the facts which can be empirically corroborated. Give the guy a break and stop this political faceless pursuit. By the way I am an NDC SYMPATHISER but love the critique of issues, not the personalities involved.

He is NDC, secondly from the north, thirdly his junior brother advisor to John Mahama. his nephew a member of NDC /JM appointee.Civilized society would not have allowed him to sit on this case, and if he knew his law would have sat out this case. And Tsatsu is laughing over this case. A legal luminary who does not know the law. Only in Ghana .Look at the number of times SC Justice Atuguba overuled the petitioners objections,and sustained Tsatsu's, how SC Justice Atuguba treated Tsatsu in the court room- like a pampered baby.Who did not see that?.Who did not see his body language.Look at how he gave the verdict, his body language again, his tone!!if you did not see that this man was openly biased, worked for his master but not for Justice,and only God saved Ghana from exploding from this shobby work, then you need to examine your mind.
