Also MPs, community elders, police, church leaders and perhaps everybody be risk averse and proactive to correct existing community structures, notions and ideas wherever they exist. Far too many risks shorten the lives of innocent children and this is one of the accidents you pray should never happen. May the little souls of the children rest in peace.

these parents must be prosecuted for been so careless. Every parent have to know that a child does not belongs to them alone but the country and the world as well and we get hurt when we hear such kind of unpleasant new.

The village should have prevented this by constructing a fence or even feet-high block or conrete structure around this water hole (well).

It is time to start holding parents responsible for such unnecessary death.
