Ghana cannot come to a stand still due to this ruling from the Supreme Court. We have a lot to learn if we are really humans with thinking capabilities. Mahama has been given the green light to rule and we should put the case behind us and move on. There should be no aftermath wrangling from any quarters whatsoever and as long as the opposition leader had accepted defeat and called the president wishing him all the luck, the average man/woman should leave the ruling behind.

As we speak, Ghana is under intense pressure as her roads are crumbling. Hospitals are without medicines. Some workers have not been paid for years and how long are we going to let the verdict distract our attention?

Supreme Court made the mistake and cant go back. Dear Ghanaian Atuguba and the Judges did the right thing. Our Supreme Court should always maintain the respect we give to it. When the Supreme Courts decides something, that thing will always be that way and cant be change by any Law or people even our paliament.
Ghanaians forgets it was the Supreme Court who swore John Mahama as the president in January. Supreme Court cant over turn their our decision and no one can over turn them.
Supreme Court after hearing the Petition from Nana Addo did know the were errors made not only by EC but the Supreme Court itself by declearing John Mahama the president in January.
Do Ghanaians wants a Supreme Court or Not? We need our Supreme Court and Supreme Court decision is fnal.
The decision and the mistake was that the Supreme Court didnt querry EC after the elections before making John Mahama the President in January. They cant overturn their own decision.
Titus should not be making our Supreme Court decision political. The decision was made in January 2013 not 29/08/2013.
Who will be happy for our SC is not Supreme.
Apart from God the Supreme Court is next to belief in, in Ghana. God dont change his decision likewise the Supreme Court of Ghana.

Answer 1:Some of the issues in 1. OCCURED.
Answer 2:No, it did not affect the presidential result in any way since the over votes in all disputed areas together is negligible BASED on the MARGIN of WINS in those areas. IF NPP GOT LESS THAN 100,000 VOTES IN AN AREA WHERE NDC POLLED AROUND 900,000 VOTES, AN OVER VOTE OF 1 OR 2 IS ABSOLUTELY NEGLEGIBLE SINCE THE MARGIN OF VICTORY IS SO LARGE THAT YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF OVER VOTES TO HAVE ANY LOGICAL CHANCE OF WINNING OR EVEN SECURING A DRAW. AGAIN THE MARGIN OF VICTORY IN ONE OF THE DISPUTED

WHEN THE CHIEF JUSTICE CHOSE 7 NPP JUDGES AND ONLY 2 CPP WHAT DID YOU SAY? YOU STILL WANTED ALL NINE TO BE NPP. YOU ARE A FOOL! TSATSU SAID NOTHING WRONG AND HE DEFEATED ALL OF YOU IN ONE DAY. ANIN YEBOAH IS NOT FIT TO BE A JUDGE!! Any good lawyer will tell you NPP had no case. Even REUTERS said Mahama was going to win. Sir John is a disgrace to the Ghana Bar Association. Any NPP activist could easily give his ballot from Kumasi or Aburi to be used together by another NPP fan registered in Odododiodoo so as to attain a situation of more ballots in the box than the number verified biometrically and then the claim over vote in court. Also an NPP agent acting as a Presiding Officer can secretly allow presidential ballots to be contaminated by parliamentary ballots even by a single vote or two and claim ignorance so as to take advantage of the situation and cancel results of the areas Mahama won. This is possible so how can NPP prove that the over voting was done with the knowledge of the NDC or EC or both? On this line of defence by an attorney honest judges will have no option than to truthfully arrive at 9-0. On the issue of signatures of Presiding Officers not being on the Pink Sheets it should again be 9-0 because Bawumiah was made to read five times in court about the EC law which states that votes cannot be invalidated if a presiding officer does not sign and all other party agents have signed. On Voting without biometric Verification it should also be 9-0 as NPP could not bring any hard evidence of someone who voted without being verified biometrically. They could not even produce anyone of that nature in their affidavit. Ghost polling stations should be 9-0 because the pink sheets of those stations had signatures of NPP agents and above all a letter to the EC from NPP informing them of an agent who will be manning one of those ghost stations. Initially NPP claimed the letter was forged because it was written on the 5th but received on the 3rd of the same month. However it was shown the letter was post-dated and a circumstance which can happen just like a post-dated cheque.
With the pink sheets, the EC is the author and reserves the right to interpret so the EC is the determining factor here and like they said "Codes and not serial numbers were used". The judges proved why some areas had the same codes as they were small and neighbours. Again 9-0 is the right answer. Now with duplicate serial numbers on Pink sheets it should be 9-0 as the serial numbers were from the Printing Press outside Ghana and had nothing to do with areas therefore no rigging or fraud. If a ten cedi note and a fifty cedi note have the same serial number it does not mean they are both of the same value or the ten cedi can be exchanged for fifty. The serial numbers do not come into play here, it is the 10 and the 50 which are printed on the notes that help identify the note and not the serial numbers therefore the identifier in that group called money is the monetary value and not the serial numbers. VERDICT is therefore 9-0 on all aspects. Sir John even if your parents ate worms to give birth to you, you should still be clever as worms contain a lot of proteins. YOU ALL NEED THE FREE SHS AS EDUCATED FOOLS. IT IS PEOPLE LIKE YOU THAT MAKE MILITARY COUPS HAPPEN SO THAT A FEW SLAPS WILL BRING YOUR SENSES AND GUMPTIONS BACK TO LIFE!!! Even the illiterates you were inciting to war will understand this. You are a waste of Ghana's tax payers’ money. ODODODIODOO is full of poor but clever and proud people and we trust NII LANTEY so be warned as we will pay you back for attempting to invalidate our POWERFUL VOTES!!!

They refused to annull votes at polling stations where a presiding officer failed to fill B1 representing total number of registered voters at the polling station and that omission, according to Dr. Bawumia resulted in over-voting. These judges who DISMISSED this bogus petition must be celebrated. Those 3 rejected claims alone show how dishonest and devious the NPP were by adding them to try and get Nana Addo in through the back door.

The other 3 claims in my opinion were just as bogus because the NPP would have us beleive that there were 11,000+ NPP polling agents who signed the results without a single written protest!!.
Not 10, not 100, not 1000 but 11,000+ presumably educated NPP polling agents!
The 4 judges who upheald the NPP claim could not hve been blind to the fact that 11,000 witnesses saw the electionas free and fair.
Only by being extreemly partisan wouls any of them come to such a conclusion!

After all "you and I wre not there Mr Titus, nor were the SC Judges".

However there were 11,000+ NPP witnesses who disagereed with the 4 judges.

Thank God for the 5 non partisan Judges who upheld the will of the people and the sanctity of the vote to keep ut back door CHEATS.
