This is a good idea but unfortunately with high rate of corruption in ghana i won't be surprised if the monies collected end up in someone's big pocket

People like you stand to gain more from the chaotic environment you've created in Ghana more than the people you organisation is supposed to serve.
If the GRA has done its analysis carefully and realised that significant amounts of revenue can be derived from this avenue, why can the GRA either fund the cost of addressing system for the who country (the long-term cost will be negligible) or lobby the relevant "authorities" to implement a nationwide addressing system, to facilitate easier revenue collection.
The GRA under your watch Adu Poku is wasteful and very corrupt, as your "systems" for revenue collection even if you have any system in place for revenue collection besides chasing people on the street an in their homes is very wasteful and HIGHLY CORRUPT.
Different batches of people from supposed visit the same premises with a week or two to collect the same toll that has been paid already. What do you call this?
