DEAR H.E.DR.MR.PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA, H.E.PRESIDENT OF GHANA JOHN DRAMANI MAHAMA & UNITED NATIONS SECRETARY GENERAL BAN-KI MOON,
TO RESPECTFULLY REFER TO THE ABOVE RELATED SUBJECT-MATTER PUBLISHED ON GHANAWEB.COM AND TO STATE WITHOUT ANY RESERVATIONS WHATSOEVER THAT THE ABOVE RELATED PUBLICATION AMOUNTED "TO THE HIGHEST HYPOCRICY PEPERTRATED AGAINST THE GOOD PEOPLE OF GHANA" AND TO KINDLY ADVISE THE UNITED NATIONS TO STOP PEDDLING THESE RELATED TYPE OF ACTIVITIES THAT ONLY SERVED PAROCHIAL SELFISH INTEREST".
THAT THE ABOVE RELATED ASSERTION WAS MADE BECAUSE THE "FRIVOLOUS, VEXATIOUS,CAPRICIOUS AND MALICIOUS LAWSUITS THAT CHALLENGED THE LEGITIMACY OF H.E.PRESIDENT OF GHANA JOHN DRAMANI MAHAMA?"THAT LAWSUIT WAS DISMISSED BY THE SUPREME COURT OF GHANA.
THAT THE PEOPLE OF GHANA ELECTED THEIR PRESIDENT THROUGH FAIR, OPEN AND TRANSPARENT BALLOT BOX AND ATTESTED TO BY ALL NATIONAL, SUB-REGIONAL, REGIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL BODIES AND ORGANIZATIONS AS FREE AND FAIR ELECTIONS BUT ONLY FEW (3) DISAPPOINTED LOSERS BROUGHT THE PETITION AND ALSO LOST.
THAT THE SPECIAL AMBASSADOR TO NOW CONVINCE ALL PEOPLE OF GHANA AND GHANA'S FRIENDS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD THAT "BECAUSE HE SOUGHT THAT OVER 3 MILLION GENUINE VOTES TO BE ANNULED THEREFORE HE BECAME THE MOST PEACE LOVING PERSON IN GHANA? OR IF THERE IS OR WAS ANY OTHER EVENT(S) THAT HE HAS CHARTED THE AMBASSADOR TO FREELY AND OPENLY COME OUT WITH THEM?
THAT A SPADE MUST BE CALLED A SPADE AND THAT DURING THE PROCEEDINGS AT THE SUPREME COURT OF GHANA AT THE TIME THE RULING NATIONAL DEMOCRATIC CONGRESS FILED MOTION TO JOIN THE LAWSUITS THAT THE PETITIONERS OBJECTIONS TO THE MOTION OF THE JOINDER WAS THAT IT WAS THE FIRST PETITIONER HIMSELF WHO WAS THE FLAG BEARER OF THE NPP AND PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE HIMSELF WAS ENDORSED BY ELIGIBLE VOTERS OF THE NPP AT EVERY CONSTITUENCY THEREFORE THE PETITION WAS NOT BROUGHT IN THE NAME OF NPP BUT THE PETITIONERS.
THAT I RESPECTFULLY URGING ALL THOSE WHO HOLD CONTRARY TO THIS RELATED ASSERTION TO LOOK FOR THE RULING OF THE NDC JOINDER MOTION AND TO SET THE RECORDS RIGHT.
THAT IT WAS A GOOD SIGN WHEN THE FIRST PETITIONER HON.NANA AKUFO ADDO ACCEPTED THE VERDICT OF THE SUPREME COURT AND ALSO CONGRATULATED H.E.PRESIDENT OF GHANA JOHN DRAMANI MAHAMA HOWEVER, DISSATISFIED HE MIGHT BE.
BUT THE NEW TRENDS OF DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE NPP AS THE GENERAL SECRETARY SIR JOHN AFRIEYE PURPORTED THAT "THE NPP WOULD SEEK REVIEW AND SET UP A COMMITTEE TO EXPLORE THE REVIEW SPECULATION AND HON.NANA AKUFO ADDO NEVER MADE ANY REMARKS OR COMMENTS, THERETO, TO STOP SUCH COMMITTEE. THAT THE ISSUE THEN IS WHERE IS HON.AKUFO ADDO SINCERITY TO END THE LITIGATION AND THAT OF THE NPP?
THAT THE PEOPLE OF GHANA AND GHANA'S FRIENDS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD DESERVE AN ANSWER.
RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED.
GOD BLESS AMERICA, GHANA AND UNITED NATIONS !
VERY TRULY YOURS,

Is there any sense for parliament to come out with the Constitution Instrument 75 concerning Biometric verification before anyone votes? So, do you and your NDC supporters want to imply that CI 75 is basically foolish and if the constitution says that any Ghanaian of 18 years and of sound mind can vote and the CI specifically says that before anyone can vote, that person should be verified, which one reigns supreme? If a clause in a constitution is amended, the amended version triumphs over the old version. This is plain and simple and I think that is too much a burden for some NDC folks.
The next election is really test our resolve as a peaceful nation because the Supreme Court has open the gates for some unforeseen circumstances to visit us. 2016 election will be very dangerous and no one can predict its outcome.

NPP stated clearly that it was not for electoral reforms that informed their petition. Electoral reforms have been instituted in this country several times, from photo Id, transparent ballot boxes and now biometric registration. It did not take petitions at the SC do have these reforms. The IPAC is there for that purpose. In any case if any Presiding officer refuses to sign in future, there are procedures to follow. They have supervisors, they are paid for their work, etc. The NPP rushed with their petition and are still refusing to understand the electoral law. If ballot boxes are stuffed with fake ballots, they would be sorted out and rejected, the genuine ones would be counted. There would also now be body checks by security personnel as is doneat the airport before voting. Mr Gyamfi, get some education. The EC undertakes these measures on its own initiative after every election to correct detected mistakes, so as to improve the subsequent ones. Any body thinking 2016 will witness massive irregularities would be laughing at the wrong side of his mouth. They would be caught and dealt with severely.

When you have your dignity so diminished all you have left is this useless and senseless noise to take solace in. Can't any sensible person within the NPP rise up and call for calm to enable this party focus on the next election? The attacks on individuals who ran commentaries on the sc. proceedings is not necessary. To be honest if all can behave like Nana Addo himself, who throughout the proceedings remained very quiet and finally capping it up with that excellent speech of conceding defeat, NPP can easily regained its momentum. Remember the party cannot win back power with only the Akan votes. The strategy going forward is to couch a language that stem on diversity and inclusiveness to make the party appealing to non-Akans. Ads can be carried out in local languages that can set the records straight in past and present political pronouncements that did not go down well with a section of the Ghanaian society. And of course politicians should learn to publicly admit fault where there are excesses in their attack delivery and policy agenda. For now what the NPP should not allow to take hold of its fortunes is the insults which might further alienates even their peace loving supporters. Nana's demeanor could win souls and it is hoped the party as a collective will conduct itself as such. The party of elitists can do better than what we are witnessing now. Cool heads! please rise above reproach and hit the ground going by knocking on doors. That's the way to go. God bless.

Even day-borns from Togo, Ivory Coast, Borkina, aliens will vote. The strongest will win. Reflect on Ivory Coast and Kenya all because a few people like Afari Gyan want to get rich quick through telling of lies. This is what the SC is telling Ghana.

Asamoah Gyamfi should also know that if non-signed pink sheets were to be used in annulling votes, a "pandora's box" would have been opened. This is why. A losing party's representative upon realizing h/her party has lost, could deliberately refuse to sign the pink sheet, causing the annuyllment. Has he thought about this possibility too?

It is funny that after the ruling there are still opposing views. It is understandable that the country is divided in two and those in favor (of the verdict) will support the judges and those against will definitely loathe them. From what I am hearing (and reading) sounds like the judges did not do their job well. They do not have to change the verdict (don't care who the winner is), but at least explain to various parties how you came about the ruling. Don't forget the two opposing parties went to Supreme Court because each were interpretating the electoral constitution differently, and S C being the highest court on the land (stand to be corrected here) should have led the interpretation of the constitution and presented clear recommendations where applicable so that any issues are resolved and similar issues will not be brought back to the court again. I think they missed a very good opportunity to shape and strengthen Ghana's electoral laws and democracy by not delivering full litigation
