Attacking a SC judge after the verdict is wrong and contemptuous. There is no fairness in Ghana. Ken Kuranchi, Atubiga, Awuku and Sir John were all hauled to the SC for contempt. We are all equal before the law and no one is above the constitution. Tsatsu must also be expelled by the Legal Council of Ghana.

I perfectly agree with you that corrupt judges must be exposed. How can that be done without pointing out what they allegedly did wrongly? And why did these people get the idea that lawyers or nobody can comment on decisions of judges? How does the appeal system work then? Over here in the UK, people even go on demonstrations against such decisions, with placards denouncing them!

Tsatsu responded to a question on a radio programme in a frank manner, using that opp. to point to the propensity of the accused to take decisions not on facts or evidence before before but ON HIS POLITICAL LEANING, using his own fate before the judge! It is thus the weight of Tsatsu's indictment and exposure of Justice Anim that is rankling those attacking him rather than what he said in itself. That case should have been ruled 9-0! Period! Was anyone expecting him to lie in response to that qs, and not say what he truly thinks why the decision wasn't 9-0?

BTW, the flood-gate to accusing the justices of being biased, having been bribed, etc., with worse insults being hurled on them was already opened by NPP supporters long before Tsatsu made his statement. Nobody should turn round to blame Tsatsu for opening any flood-gate. It was already opened by the NPP people themselves.

in the preceedings there was nowhere the petitioners was able to proof that somebody voted without going through the biometric machine- so for a whole justice of the suprem court of the land to grant such a Petition raises a lot of questions.

the petitioners themselfs were very selective on the unsigned pinksheets-it was a national mistake that happen on the pinksheet, so to grant such a request means all those Areas which were not part of the petitioners case must be anulled, or allowed to be included . why do they rejected those Areas which were affected by the unsigned disease Tsastu wanted to draw their Attention or bring them onboard? if they were very interested in those case to grant them for consideration?

I do not think you represent the peace council. As a person who represent a peace council you are not to run any commentary on what he said. Mr. Tsatsu only expressed his opinion on the verdict and on a judge whom he perserved his political affiliation might have played a role in his delivery of justice. what is wrong with that? Some of you so-called men of God are creating problems in the country. you always use the pulpit to advance you personal agenda.
You should know that two wrongs does not make a right(I do not mean there is something wrong with what Mr. Tsatsu said). My point is just shut up and concentrate on your ministerial work.
You always preach vertues but continue to practice vices.

People in all aspects of human endeavour criticize each other. Thus it was through criticism that every aspect of human endeavour has not remained static. However there is an exception and what has remained static is religion.
Religion is static, thus it is a taboo to denounce La Cases or Reverned Woewoed for their crimes against humanity because they are priests and the Levis see that that criticism will as well involve them, that by exposing La Cases you are exposing the meaningless of Theism.
Now to where the sabaka zarita, to wit where the god is hiding. Tsatsu Tsikata said that Justice Anning-Yeboah ruled that the International Finance Corporation (IFC) has immunity from courts in Ghana in 2005. Is that a fact and is it not on record that a High Court in Ghana has ruled recently that IFC is not immune from Ghanaian courts.
We will like to be appraised if the laws that established IFC has changed since Tsikata was imprisoned by Justice Anning-Yeboah and others.
We were all in this country when Mr. Kennedy Agyapong ordered Akans to club down Ewhes and Ghas with pestle and cut them into pieces with their kitchen knives. The lives of Ewhes and Ghas does not have any value for the Catholic Church and the Ghana Peace Council the reason why they keep mute up to date.
It is said that judge not that Yee shall be judged. We want to state it here that people in glass house do not trow stones.
An elder who does not want to be accused of being biased keeps quite when he refused to give council on the infraction of the first person, thus does not comment on others. The jailing of Mr. Tsatsu Tsikata was a blot on the conscience of all the judiciary in Ghana, and the conscience of Ghana. Because the court told us that what Ghanaians are capable of is only to play football and sing.

The Ghana Bar Association has found its voice once again, only when the NDC (Tsatsu)speaks. We were all in this country when Sir John made those murderous statements against the SC judges. Gabby and Egbert Faibele also referred to the verdict as being corrupt. But, as usual, the GBA found it imperative to choose to condemn Tsatsu. Definitely the Bar is an affiliate of the NPP.

You do not recall the atmosphere he created in the court room after his submission with his dramatic conclusion?The atmosphere simply showed recognition that the petitioners had lost the case long before the verdict came. He is great in law and needs to be celebrated.

All people commenting and insulting Tastsu should however consider one thing; The man spend more then 6 months in jail thanks to our NPP friends. Controlling yourself is not that easy after such a horrible thing at his age. Especialy after Kufuor disturbed you so long and then tries to prevent himself being locked up by granting Amnesty.

His old deed are haunting him and the old crook look a shameful shadow of his former self more so when he met his Waterloo in no mean a person but a young articulate and brilliantly respected international economist Dr. Bawumia who simply demystified the occultic trokosi bloody criminal tribalist nation wrecker.

He should be prosecuted for diverting millions of Ghana's money to bank at far away British Virgin Islands. To be frank I do not see any reasonable reason why Kufour allowed him such a Presidential Pardon when he has destroyed a lot of innocent lives and contributed to send a lot innocent souls to their untimely death during the infamous bloody PNDC era when the entire people and country were pathetically held hostage by the gun for years.

Tsatsu in the minds of millions of Ghanaians is nothing but a shameless criminal. Period!

It looks like you've been very quick in your praise of the same side when their actions have been commendable of late. Let the powers that be in Ghana put pressure on Tsatsu Tsikata to apologise for singling out one judge out of the Nine Judges for a blame.

Show the world that in Ghana as it is in the Western World, no one is above the law.

By his careless remarks, Tsatsu has put the life of that one Judge in danger.

Remember the murdered Judges?

Christian Council, Council of State, President Mahama, put pressure on Tsatsu Tsikata to render an apology to that ONE Judge.

Tsatsu is an angry man because he was put to jail, but there is no smoke without fire!!! He should not take his anger on one single Judge who was only doing his job.

President Mahama, act now, show that you are as brave as the former leaders before you.
