    The Supreme Court verdict does not bode well for future elections. If the losing party believes that it cannot hope to correct a fraudulent election via the courts, it will resort to violence.

    It is not the job of the Supreme Court to write electoral reforms. Parliament makes the laws. The judgement simply said the administrative and personal errors must not be allowed to invalidate the will of the people.
