    Lawyer Ayikoo has missed it. The court do not reforms, they are only suggesting to the appropriate institutions to consider that. If not, the case is closed, which reforms has the court made for the next elections

    He did not say the petition wouldn't bring electoral reforms, but rather if there are reforms those reforms lie in the purview (decided by)of the EC not the courts. I think the big lawyer, Ayikoi got it wrong.
