Our highest court on our land just ruled that mahama was validly elected and dismissed the petitioner's case. So what flaws are you talking about? Do you mean courts are meant to approve flaws? You sound hypocritical to me, because if you did witnessed the flaws in the court proceedings and you still think the verdict is right, then you are worse than EC. What ppl keep forgetting is that, this man is married to a jewish and the jewish are the ones that hate black people with passion. he is hiding behind his formal post and playing dirt in Ghana. kofi annan my foot. God will surely expose all these hypocritical leaders soon.

Sir Kofi Annan, I would want to disagree on this note. Ghana is not Mahama or Akufo Addo. Even though the two individuals are the main contestants in the petition case; it is my strong believe and convinction that all honours must go the good and heartily People of Ghana no matter what their political affiliations are. The great People of Nkrumah's Ghana have once again exibited and established beyond all expectations that they have come of age and they are the ones who showed a great sense of responsibility and maturity by not taking to the streets when the moment of truth came. Further on, it is our nine astute judges who deserve much praise. They did a good Job. Awesome!
So Senior, I beg to differ here. You are still one of my favorite mentors even if I disagree with you this time around.
Yours one of a Kind,
Nana Ansah

YOU DON'T GIVE A SECOND MANDATE TO AN INCOMPETENT AND CORRUPT GOVERNMENT, NO!! NOT AT ALL, THAT IS ABOMINATION IN DEMOCRACY, VERY SUICIDAL. HAD NDC MANAGED THE ECONOMY WELL, THESE ECONOMIC PROBLEMS WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN THE SITUATION. NDC HAS PRESIDED OVER THE BIGGEST RESOURCES GHANA HAS EVER HAD. THEY HAVE ALSO CONTRACTED MORE LOANS THAN ANY OTHER GOVERNMENT IN OUR HISTORY, BUT THEY HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR THIS. GHANAIANS SHOULD HAVE ENJOYED SOME ECONOMIC PROGRESS AT THIS TIME IN OUR HISTORY. THE ECONOMY IS COLLAPSING BECAUSE THE GOVERNMENT IS SO CORRUPT. TO RESCUE THE SITUATION, THE POOR IS NOW BEING FORCED TO PAY. THIS IS INJUSTICE. THIS IS NOT THE GHANA KUFFOUR HANDED OVER TO NDC, HE EVEN ADDED FRESH CRUDE OIL WELLS. NPP TRANFORMED GHANA TO A MIDDLE INCOME ECONOMY WITH LIMITED RESOURCES BUT GOOD POLICIES. NDC IS WOEFULLY REVERSING THESE NPP ACHIEVEMENTS. GHANA'S CURRENT SITUATION IS VERY DISTURBING. WHEN THE HISTORY IS TOLD, IT WILL BE SAID THAT GHANAIANS WERE OFFERED FREE SECONDARY EDUCATION, IMPROVED UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE, SOCIAL HOUSING FOR THE POOR AND AN EGALITARIAN SOCIETY BUT 50% SAID NO THANK YOU. THEY PREFERRED ECONOMIC "WOYOMISATION" , PHANTOM DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS, PHILANDERERS FOR LEADERS, MACHIAVELLIAN DISRESPECTFUL CORRUPT LOUTS AND A VISIONLESS EVIL GOVERNMENT. I AM SO PROUD I VOTED FOR NANA AKUFFO ADDO.

5) Fa ma Nyame syndrome system is still the best paradigm for Ghana.
6) If EC don't get their act together and allow this thievery to happen again; Liberia and Ivory coast will come to Ghana. Because we now know that any case to the courts will not be treated with the justice it deserves.

Ghana is stagnant in the sense that its future is bleak. I am not a pessimist but the fact are there for all to see. We live in a nation where dishonesty is an accepted norm and fronting on the rule of law is the order of the day so, where lies the future?
Look at the rot going on while those responsible to crack the whip to enforce the law look elsewhere. Ghana is a failed state and her future is like a crab in a barrel. It is impossible for it to crawl upwards and go free.
The corruption under this useless government is beyond reason with its Chief architect being the president himself.
Mr. Kofi Annan, please, make sure you do not accept any political post in the nation because you will be disgraced to the level of a toad. Forewarn is forearmed.

DEAR FORMER SECRETARY GENERAL OF UNITED NATIONS AND CHANCELLOR OF UNIVERSITY OF GHANA KOFI ANNAN,
IT IS A TRITE KNOWLEDGE THAT "SOME ACHIEVED GREATNESS BY THEIR OWN HARD WORK BUT OTHERS ACHIEVED THEIR GREATNESS THROUGH AND BY THE POWERS THAT MAY OR MIGHT BE".
THAT MY ASSERTION IS THAT WHICH OF THE TWO (2) CASES CAN BE SAID ABOUT "KOFI ANNAN".
THAT THE FORMER UNITED NATIONS SECRETARY GENERAL IS A GHANAIAN BORN BY BIRTH AND AFTER GRADUATION FROM THE THEN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY, KUMASI (UST) NOW "KNUST" JOINED GHANA FOREIGN SERVICE, THAT IS, MINISTRY OF FOREIGN SERVICE" AND BY THE THEN GOVERNMENT OF PNDC/NDC UNDER THE ABLE CHAIRMAN OF PNDC AND PRESIDENT OF NDC GOVERNMENT H.E.FORMER PRESIDENT OF GHANA FLT.LT.JERRY JOHN RAWLINGS SUCCESSFULLY MADE THE CASE FOR KOFI ANNAN TO BECOME UNITED NATIONS SECRETARY GENERAL.
THAT KOFI ANNAN AFTER HIS BA(HONS) SOCIAL SCIENCES ALSO STUDIED FOR MBA IN MINNESOTA IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
THAT AFTER HE SUCCESSFULLY WORKING AS UNITED NATIONS SECRETARY GENERAL GHANA HONOURED HIM AND EVEN BUILT THE KOFI ANNAN PEACE KEEPING IN ACCRA AND ALSO APPOINTED HIM THE CHANCELLOR OF UNIVERSITY OF GHANA.
TOUCHING ON MYSELF THAT FTER GRADUATING FROM THE SAME UNIVERSITY (UST) AND THE SAME FACULTY AND WITH BA(HONS) SOCIAL SCIENCES THAT I JOINED THE GHANA CIVIL SERVICE IN 1989 AND POSTED TO THEN OFFICE OF THE PNDC AT THE CASTLE-OSU AND IN 1993 THE OFFICE BECAME THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT WHEN GHANA MADE A TRANSITION TO CONSTITUTIONAL RULE.
THAT WHILE WORKING AT THE CASTLE AS "ASSISTANT DIRECTOR" THAT I UNDERTOOK THE FOLLOWING COURSES:
(i) BARRISTER-AT LAW (BL) PROFESSIONAL LAW-----------(1994-1996)
(ii) POST-GRADUATE LAW CERTIFICATE COURSE FOR NON-LAW GRAUATE CALLED FORMERLY (QUALIFYING CERTIFICATE IN LAW (QCL) BUT RENAMED AT THE GHANA SCHOOL OF LAW (PRELIMINARY LAW COURSE FOR NON-LAW GRADUSTES)
(1992-1994)
(iii) POST-GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION (DPA)(1993)
(iv) POST-GRADUATE CERTIFICATE IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION (CPA) (1991)
THAT WHEN I TRAVELLED TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA THAT I STUDIED MASTER OF LAWS (LLM) AT PACE UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF LAW,WHITE PLAINS, NEW YORK, USA) (1999-2000)
THAT ON MY OWN PERSONAL HARD WORK AND ACHIEVEMENTS IN THE UNITED STATES THAT I HELPED THE FORMER UNITED NATIONS SECRETARY GENERAL KOFI ANNAN AT THE TIME I WAS HELPING H.E.FORMER PRESIDENT GEORGE W.BUSH.
THAT I HELPED THE FORMER SECRETARY GENERAL BECAUSE AS GHANAIAN I WANTED HIM TO SUCCEED.
HOWEVER, EVERY APPLICATIONS I SUBMITTED FOR EMPLOYMENT AT THE UNITED NATIONS OF WHICH I WAS MORE QUALIFIED THAN THE CANDIDATES THEY WERE APPOINTING NONE OF MY APPLICATIONS WAS GIVEN DUE CONSIDERATION.
THAT PROMPTED ME TO CHECK UP AT THE UNITED NATIONS AND I WAS DULY INFORMED THAT THE UNITED NATIONS WAS OPERATING "A QUOTA SYSTEM BY COUNTRY SPECIFICS FOR HIGH POSITIONS" AND THEREFORE ME AS A GHANAIAN THEY CONSIDERED HIGHLY QUALIFIED THAT THE QUOTA SYSTEM PROVIDED THAT TWO (2) GHANAIANS CANNOT OR COULD NOT OCCUPY HIGH LEVEL POSITIONS AT THE SAME TIME AT THE UNITED NATIONS SINCE THE SECRETARY GENERAL WAS A GHANAIAN.
MOREOVER, SUCH POSITION NEEDED THE NOMINATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONALITY OF THE APPLICANT IN MY CASE GHANA GOVERNMENT.
THAT IF I WANTED THE APPOINTMENT THEN I OUGHT TO CHANGE THE STATUS OF MY NATIONALITY.
THAT THE ISSUE THEN IS "HAS GHANA GOVERNMENT NOMINATED ME FOR ANY SUCH APPOINTMENT?"
THEREFORE, IT IS MY RESPECTFUL SUBMISSION THAT GHANA GOVERNMENT TO REALLY IDENTIFY GHANA QUALITY HUMAN RESOURCES THAT CAN REALLY BE AN ASSET FOR GHANA AND TO ALSO DO THE APPROPRIATE THING TO ALSO PROMOTE HIGH ACHIEVERS AND THOSE WHO REALLY CAN DELIVER.
THAT MY OWN PERSONALLY RECORDS OF ACHIEVEMENTS CAN BE VERIFIED FROM H.E.DR.MR.PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA, H.E.MR.FORMER PRESIDENT GEORGE W.BUSH, H.E.MR.FORMER PRESIDENT BILL CLINTON, HON. SECRETARY OF STATE JOHN KERRY, HON.FORMER SECRETARY OF STATE HILLARY RODHAM CLINTON, HON.FORMER SECRETARY OF STATE DR.CONDOLEEZZA RICE, DIRECTOR OF FBI ROBERT MUELLER III AND OTHERS.
THEREFORE LET US REMEMBER THOSE WHO MAKE OR MADE WHO WE ARE TODAY AND ALSO HONOUR THEM.
RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED.
GOD BLESS GHANA, AMERICA AND UNITED NATIONS !
