  We are getting peanuts from the extraction of our own oil. The foreign companies are raking in profits at our expense.
  
  Let us develop the capacity of GNPC to extract oil at least on an equal partnership with a suitable company. We will make get more from our oil that way.
  
  Let us use the proceeds to rehabilitate our railways as a matter of urgency.
