Even Bawumiah will be a worst disaster to the NPP. Being a "Pepeni" he will not be tolerated by many Akan voters as testified by their attitude, behaviour, utterances and voting pattern. What happened to late Aliu Mahama will certainly befall Bawumiah. Bawumiah will pay a heavy and painful price among his kinsmen in northern Ghana for being a star witness in the election petition case. Don't forget that the north is the World Bank of the NDC and for their own kind to be the star witness that sought to annul their votes has been taken very badly by many northerners across the country.

The NPP can purge itself of many of the youth activists of the party who are not only arrogant but insolent, intolerant and ignorant. Tony Karbo must take an mirror view of himself and play a low profile in any rejuvenated NPP because he has caused the party a lot of disaffection. He lost very badly in his bid to be the MP for Lawra, resulting in the sudden death of his mother.

That is what Wereko-Brobbey told you, and you Karbo spearheaded the 'mob action' to 'lynch' him at party HQ and were instrumental in getting him "suspended" from the party. So now Karbo knows that the NPP: has to "regroup"? Some of us have been saying this for a very long time and we were attacked and criticised by 'blind and ignorant' followers of the party.

We did it not because we supported the other side (who by the way also have huge lessons to learn) but because we were examining the merits of what the NPP were doing and felt it had no traction, but people like Karbo would simply not listen to reason.

I promised to apologise if I was wrong, but alas, we have been proved right and to me, it was a matter of commonsense, not even the law.

That will be the day. I promise you NPP will remain in opposition for quite some time if they were foolish enough to even consider Dr Bawumia as their VP candidate. Mark my words - although people say politics is "dirty" and politicians "cannot be trusted", people prefer their 'leaders' to be honest and truthful when it matters.

Dr Bawumia showed what a bare-faced and calculating liar and untrustworthy individual he was as a "star witness" for the petitioners. For me that, in addition to earlier dishonest economic analysis in a public lecture does it, and Ghanaians were watching his performance.

Being the callous liar that he is and unreliable person, he continued to smile and nod even when his mischief was being exposed. A nice smile and a nod of approval for a trustworthy person is a dangerous sign and if he were elected leader, how would we know if he was telling us the truth in serious matters affecting our nation?

Perhaps I shouldn't be the one giving the NPP advice, but Dr Bawumia would be a huge error in my opinion. I say this in the interest of the party of which I am not affiliated.

I'll suggest that like the philosophy of the ram, NPP should do same and should seriously consider some serious actions for improvement on the followings if they really want to be a creditable political force in Ghana.
a. tribalism
b. violence
c. indiscipline
d. lawlessness
e. corruption.
f. fabrications/lies/innuendos
g. irresponsible behaviour
h. political assassination
I. elitism
j. disrespect
k. insensitivity
l. Ghana first and not Party first.
m. humility
n. be an inclusive party for all differences
I hope Karbo and NPP will take notice of this list.
