SIMPLY PUT, WE HAVE A BAD SYSTEM THAT PERMITS THE COURT TO DRAG SUCH MATTERS OVER UNREASONABLE LENGTH OF TIME. SOME THING OUGHT TO BE DONE ABOUT THAT ASPECT: HAVE ELECTION IN JULY RESOLVE ALL ENCUMBRANCES BEFORE ANY PERSON IS SWORN IN.

The Statesam at it again to deliberately misrepresent what has been clearly put out by way of information. The President was asked if he was personally worried over the election petition and it was to this question that he indicated that he was not. Of course this country moves beyond the President and in talking about stumbling blocks to government it is simply the wait and see attitude that was being complained of and not the President's personal anxieties or worries. Lets get the issues clear.

Stop the lies and trying to mislead the people , If you are in a marriage and at the drop of a hat one partner begins to talk of divorce sooner or later that marriage is over . if there is no respect , love but only theft , corruption, selfishness , greed then you know that relationship is over . if none of the parties involve have a vision , concrete plan but just sell each other lies to undermine or mislead the other then you know the unity is gone , we must call a spade a spade , ghana is dead . today the last institution will be tested for its credibility and ability to serve justice but i doubt that as word is already out not only in ghana but internationally that the judges have been bribed in to compliance by the ruling ndc so the last nail in the coffin will in place and from today no matter the verdict one should prepare to see either through war or other violence the birth of sustainable new states such as Akanland , gonjaland eweland fulani or hausa states . whether this happens in a few months or a few decades is irrelevant , this is the future the greedy mahama has ensured for us

Yes inherently the petition case has both negative and positive effects on Government and even the petitioner's administration and organisation. This however does not take the responsibility of Government off it's shoulders.It will be difficult for the ordinary man to measure the extent to which the Presidential performance is affected. The president also will not be able to admit the effects because it battles with his conscience but not with his will. Economically businesses will be affected because of the uncertainties. A lot of opinions will come about however it will be misleading to associate the points made by the Pesident and the Information minister to mean inefficiency for that matter because they all spoke on different programs and were reacting to probably different scenarios and questions.It will be helpful if useful criticisms are purposely made to educate and redirect than as destructive for the purpose of attracting political power.
