    IS NOT A MATTER OF CUTURE OF SILENCE,BUT GHANAIANS ESPECIALLY THE SO CALLED LEGAL PRACTITIONERS AND LAW PROFESSORS HAVE TO TO KNOW THE BOUNDARIES OF THE LEGAL LAWS IN THE COUNTRY.
