    NOT TRUE. IT IS NOT OBLIGATORY TO ACCEPT THE SC VERDICT, BECAUSE IT WAS OBLIGATORY TO ACCEPT THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION'S DECLARATION, BUT NPP REJECTED IT, THE SC'S VERDICT CAN BE REJECTED TOO.
