The article is wrong and misleading, there nowhere NDC ever suggested power sharing. Infact nobody in NDC is wiling to share power with bitter losers NPP. What Dr. Kwabena Adjei said in NPP anniversary was that it time Ghana stops the concept of winner takes it all, in other wise people should not be sacked from companies and some areas because they belong to anther party and people should be given the chance to look for jobs base on them being Ghanaians and not political parties, this has nothing to do with power sharing. Mention one single person in NDC who says they want to share power. I am not taken aback because if you NPP can take fake pink sheets to court and also burning markets then it is easy for you to fabricate stories.

"The time has come for us truly to be looking at a far more inclusive way of governing this country than the situation we have now," he told Citi News on Friday.

It would appear that those in control of the NDC, for the time being, were bent on excluding other bona fide members of the Party who may wish to lay democratic claims to who becomes the next flag bearer of the Party by excluding them even before the mortal remains of the demised President were interred. It is also symptomatic of how political party elites in Ghana and Africa worm their way into the confidences of persons perceived as likely to ascend to power positions for purposes of eventual personal economic gain at the expense of the generality of the mass of Party members and the Nation which every President swears to serve under the Constitution...

Npp criminals, thieves, looters, nation wreckers, arsonists, murderers, lairs’ what npp are looking for is to come to power to loot the nation's resources. Npp thinks Ghanaians have soon forgotten when they were stealing gold, money, land and other state properties. Ministers saving government loans in their individual foreign accounts and keeping the interest accrued before releasing the capital to nation's coffers. In fact, the SC is really wasting time that is why these crooks think they still stand a chance. Where on earth have you seen SC removing democratically elected president and putting in a 70 years old drug baron, greedy and arrogant man as president? You have been found out and God will punish you for wasting Ghanaian tax-payers money. Npp would surely pay for their demonic and evil plans. Useless npp leaders you have become a laughing stock, you know the truth yet you are fighting it are you not ashamed of yourself? Akuffo Addo, you will never be president of this great country. Npp are so desperate that each day they pollute the airwaves and electronic media with lies and lies and these lies are propagated and boomed by their mouthpieces such as adomfm, peacefm, joyfm, ghanaweb etc. Shame on to you. You will never succeed. Thieves!

However, I clearly understand you, when Fiifi made this statement he was pointing to the future and never in anywhere said NDC want to share power with NPP after the verdict as some NPP supporters are claiming. All inclusive government does not mean NPP NDC alone as Fiifi looks into the future, but now for NPP it is a sign of defeat, they think. Government itself is "of the people, by the people and for the people". I live in the Netherlands here and I can tell you that I admire their system of ruling. It is almost impossible for one party to rule here because a party needs over 70% representatives in parliament which is almost impossible so you will need one or more parties to be able to form a government. I think I am with you on this issue but some people are reading different meanings to those calls. Ghana will be better of being governed by two or more parties.

If they are tired of the positions they hold now they should just resign and give way to other NDC members.
Politics in Ghana is far different from what you have in your Netherland which is a monarchy and using that as a yardstick to measure Ghana's political system is another nonsense like that of Fifi Kwetey and Kwabena Adjei.
How can people spend their time and money in addition to other campaign works and membership dues and when they win power they give that power to opposition members?
Even America, the home of democracy has winner takes how much more Ghana?
The two gentlemen calling for unity government seem to have outlived their usefulness in the NDC for that matter should give way to others.
How will Fifi Kwetey and Kwabena Adjei feel if they are replaced by NPP members at their various positions?

Ever since NPP went to court, it has become a popular propaganda of NDC to poison the minds of the Ghanaian/masses that NPP wants to annul their votes which is very wrong and a mere childish propaganda. NPP has no right, and cannot cancel anyone's votes but the constitution, the laws. If it happens that someone's vote is annulled the one should rather blame the one whose clandestine ways rendered their votes to be cancelled or annulled. The votes in two constituencies in the north were cancelled. Did NPP do that? of course NO. The votes were cancelled by the EC which has the backing of the constitution and the law. So if anyone's vote should be annulled, the one should rather blame the EC and NDC which tried to use their votes to corrupt the system

Ghana is Not a one party state and it will never be. In Ghana we always have a winner to lead as. Presidents form government and chose his minister. That is a unite government. In John Mahama find the need for help from NPP members he will ask for the help. NDC dont need the help of NPP because NPP members dont do things like NDC and thats why they cant share power and we dont want them to share power.

You said it right, your party is not performing and the electorate has regretted for your dismal performance. and you put it right when you said "... the electorate are not satisfied with our performance, ...".
The power sharing principle is to enable the country and the electorate to be well served. You are not running your own business to do what you want, you are running a country so Ghanaians cannot allow you to run the country into a ditch. By the way your party has been given an 8-year mandate to rule Ghana and the first 5 years so far has been too dismal and chaotic - a president has been killed by the NDC team, corruption has increased by over 1000 times, lawlessness everywhere, lack of vision as to where the country is heading towards, poor public services delivery - poor health care delivery, inconsistent energy supplies impacting negatively on business and the economy, etc.
Your government is NOT PERFORMING ANTYYTHING EXCEPT YOU AND YOUR TEAM ARE JUST AMASSING WEALTH AT THE EXPENSE OF THE ELECTORATE.
I am sure you are not in at post in Egypt now, where you wouldn't have had the chance to spew out this rubbish coming out of you myopic mind.

precisely, where from this power sharing nonsense? a man declares "all die be die","win at all cost"; then enters an election, loses the most transparent election we've seen, then masses pink sheets from stations his opponent won , finds fault with every tangential issue on those pink sheets; then says to a court annul those stations and make me president. his henchmen are all over the place shouting justice, justice and in so doing, piling pressure on the court to do their bidding. all of a sudden, ndc (fifi kwetey, kwabena adjei) are out there advocating power sharing. last week, ato dadzie said the petition is 50-50. what nonsense? ndc, can't you see you are being boxed and bamboozled. you fought for power, protect it. don't let yourselves to be cheated. akufo addo does not deserve the scraps of power. he deserves treason for his hypocrisy.

Kwabena, if you can't hear what the masses are saying, can't you read, too? Or probably you hear and read all right but do not understand? Do you still call what happened in December as the most transparent election? If so what has been going on since 1992: 1996, 2000, 2004, 2008?
The petitioners pointed out anomalies on those pink sheets, and it was up to the EC to disprove them as such. If the court thinks evidence adduced these past three months prove anything, true or false, we will all know in the next few days. Then we will know whether the elections had been transparent or not.
I thought we had heard more shouts about peace than justice. I wonder why the proponents have not shouted out both together all this while, because, without justice, there can be no peace, and without peace, we are all doomed. If the peace council had started with "We want peace and justice in our land", I believe they would have averted the 'pilimg of pressure' you alluded to. Let us all wait for another 5 days!

What makes NPP and their supporters think that annulling valid votes is justice? They told the whole world that the election was stolen but in the court room they themselves turned around and said EC,NDC nor Mahama have done nothing wrong in terms of stealing. Yet they out there with their supporters calling EC,NDC and Mahama thieves and also calling for justice on the case that they did not prove even a single fraud. So to them, what's justice? If they truly want justice, why they didn't ask for recount from the beginning? So to them, I guess justice is throwing away innocence voters valid votes huh? If they want justice, why did they object to pink sheets from their strong holds which had the same so called irregularities? I'm quite sure that these judges know that NPP have been selective just to deceive them.

The NPP flagbearer Akufo-Addo is another Gbagbo who will lead Ghana into a civil war.The man's ego is insufferable. This egomaniac should have been long shown the door by the NPP faithful.Only a miracle can save Ghana now.For those foolish NPP members who are talking about power sharing they should take a leaf from the recent history of Zimbabwe. Morgan Tsvangirai the main opposition leader to Robert Mugabe forced a joint(unequal partnership) government. To cut a long story short over the last several years Morgan's party has gradually had its base eroded and at the very recent election the party was completely wiped out and consigned to history. Nana Akufo-Addo interestingly shows similar character traits to Morgan Tsvangirai.

Why are we crying and shouting, and suggesting all sorts of governance due to this court case? Are we cowards and cannot stand for the truth and humble to our own conscience? What is power sharing?Multi- party democracy allows for checks on ourselves in that the oppossing party puts the ruling party on its toes.Power sharing simply will put power into the hands of a clique of elite politicians without any body to check them .It means having the executive, legislature, judiciary and all institutions in the hands of the group who are ruling,Can you imagine what will happen when they are corrupt?WHO CHECKS WHO? This is happening in some African countries and the balancing powers are all in the pockects of the government.Do we want the electoral commission, judiciary, media commission etc all to be controlled by the same government? We should avoid creating a clique of corrupt selfish group who will have no one to check them as we have now.

May God bless Alhaji Sinari! The power sharing in order to please some power drunk and avoid the tension the latter are creating is absolutely nonsense. Alhaji has said it all: if the SC rules against NDC they will comply with the verdict. Yes, the people of Ghana had given clear mandate to the NDC to govern the country for four years so why do you want to associate to power the people they rejected in the ballots? Who is supposed to account for the mandate? No power sharing is required and those within NDC who are calling for power sharing are cowards and hypocrites. No national unity is in cause. Each party just has to respect the SC's verdict and any party or group that won't do it will be treated as traitors and threat for our nation and country.

Do we really understand what they mean by power sharing that we are always jumping into conclusions?
Power sharing is the only way to move this nation forward only if we understands what power sharing means.
1, One becomes a president of a nation and not a political party he or she came from. So truly and freely if one becomes a president of a Country and not his or her political party, then he or she have to put his party behind and look everywhere for most qualify individuals that can do the job of moving the country forward by enforcing all intended programs and making sure we love one another to be in one hand working to help all Ghanians no matter they political.
We are all one people and as such must always share our ideas in moving Ghanians forward.

Fiifi are you very serious? who will audit who when there is power sharing? some of you have become so power drunk, you are willing to compromised or sleep with the devil, just to keep your perks. Have you forgotten the principles of Dr. Nkrumah, JJ Rawlings? Ghana needs re-caliberation. Where Selfish people like those in both parties who seek only their interest will be remove and new patriotic citizens will come in. NPP youths rise up, My party NDC youths wake up. I am tired of politics of insults, politics of chop, chop. Ghana first. Long live Ghana, Long live JJ Rawlings, Long live all the true patriots, Peter Kpordugbe etc. We worked hard for this party to leave it for people who were not there when we were fighting, in the trunches.
