Do so-called Ghanaian leaders understand what leadership is all about? The are just proud to be called "President", "Minister", "Deputy Minister", Director", "Manager", "Lawyer", "Professor", "Doctor", "Accountant", etc, etc; but they don't know the "WHATs , HOWs and WHYs" of management. Management is about implement systems and processes to make efficient, economic and effective use of ALL THE RESOURCES AT YOUR DISPOSAL. Leadership and Management is not about positions and titles as we believe in Ghana. Their lack of understanding of PROPER management is making them incompetent and as a result leading to corruption, fraudulent operations and dealings. It is baffling to know that simple control measure of serialising printing form were not done at the Ministry of health. Do these Ghanaian "leaders" think at all?

Anyone found short of whatever duties they hold should be FIRED!!!! PERIOD!

We CANNOT continue like this and believe in such inefficient business as usual. The CORRUPTION from head to bottom will have to be eradicated for good.

We need people who make use of their God-given brains and can challenge their minds to move our ministries forward. The myopic and mediocre approach to our daily affairs have to seize! Whistle-blowers of bribery and corruption should be heavily rewarded.

And work should mean work like quoted in the Holy Bible -

Proverbs 6:6-8
"Go to the ant, O sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise. Without having any chief, officer, or ruler, she prepares her bread in summer and gathers her food in harvest."

Take a look at Malaysia, China, India,is it not interesting that we have a mechanical engineering dept at UST but yet we cant even manufacture assemble bicycle, we hear that the dept even repairs its cars/truck at suame magazine sad isn't it, we need to double our efforts and government must make money available for such projects not geeda.
