we are waiting to see how the SC will deal with the Vodafone S&P agreement,single-handedly negotiated by himself in secrecy,to the detriment of our country. Bright Akweetey and his clients have pin-pointed major flaws in that agreement, and as I indicated we all anxiously waiting for the SC`s ruling on this very equally important matter.
We all heard the CJ bemoaning the slow pace with which our have handled pending litigation. May be Her Ladyship will take concrete steps to address this concern. Four and a half years is too long a time for the court to have put this matter to rest! I can see the practical difficulties we will have on our hands,on account of the unnecessary long delay we have witnessed.

By the way, I urge Ghana boy to grab “The Rhodesia File” and I bet he will be shocked that people like Kwame Nkrumah were fully immersed in the struggle for the Zimbabwean Independence by proxy. One can easily conclude after reading that book that those confrontations by Kwame Nkrumah played a large role in incurring the wrath of the Western World which cumulated in his overthrow. Mugabe has no right running that country into the ground. Despots like Mugabe ossify the cliché that Africans cannot steer their economies into prosperity.
