    What is $1 million to a project for 10000 homes. In Ghana that money will not build 10 homes unless they are going to provide tents. Even good quality army tents will cost more.

    Good, Government was advised not to go in for this loan, but it fell on deaf ears. Let them withdraw it. It will be good for Ghana. Lets use our own money resources and labor to make it happen.
