  The Trades Union Congress recently raised an alarm...We would like to commend the Trades Union for raising the alarm, but the question is was this a genune alarm raising or the leadership just wanted to throw dust into the public's face ?? Where have they gone when the shipyard has been left to rot??

  These people are just plain liars. Days ago, they said tat they were just let Tullow construct some facilities for its operations.
  
  Now they are saying that it is "the government’s decision to cede portions of the facility to Tullow Ghana."
  
  What does CEDE means.
  
  It means to - Relinquish possession or control over something.
  
  The authorities are just playing with words,(semantics) and fooling the people.
  
  The government and the Transport Ministry, need to explain to the people in clear terms and stop playing with words.
