Why did Kofi lobby for another term after his first term when other younger aspiring personnel were available to take the mantle? Kofi sounds very confused.

Kofi Annan is indirectly speaking to the leadership of NPP and most African countries. The NDC so far has demonstrated the call of Kofi Annan right from the appointment of young Ministers by the late Mills (Omane, Okudzeto, etc.) and the follow up by His Excellency President John Mahama (Felix, Mutala, Victoria Hammer etc.)
I further advise the party to choose a presidential candidate who is younger or equal in age with President Mahama if they really want to make an impression.
This positive move is working all over the world; in the USA, UK and around the immediate borders of Ghana (Togo and Nigerian, just to mention a few. The vice presidents can be older like Biden of US and Amissah Arthur of Ghana

They hardly take sole initiative and abstract ideas, and turn them into prolific ventures.

Prof. Mills gave a beautiful chance to the youth and they got carried away with corruption: Okudjeto Ablakwa, Fiifi Kwetey, Hannah Bissiw and others.

I spent three months at Home (Ghana) recently and I was disgusted with the way my sisters and brothers in Ghana think,and act. They will never accept any new ideas or foreign educated Ghananians into the system without a fight. The lecturers teach something and do the opposite in the community.
The worst humanbeing you can meet in Ghana is the police man. The police uniform in Ghana is very pathetic and I donot know who designed it.
Mr Anan is a good guy but he is not confident with his fellow Ghanaians because he does not trust them. I would like the Ruling government to invite Mr Anan as an observer to all Ghana's deliberation regarding the rule of Law. I bet you most of the lawyers and ministers will wet their pants and stammer if Anan is found in their midst.

Dr Derrick Owusu-Ampofo, an Economic Consultant has called for immediate investigation into operations of state-owned media advertisement and marketing departments operations following the uncovering of gargantuan fraud at Graphic Communication Group Limited.

Graphic Communication has recently sacked two officials the Advertisement Manager and the Marketing Manager for engaging in fraudulent activities in collaboration with Electoral Commission’s Senior Principal Public Relations Officer, Ms Silvia Annor during Elections 2012.

The two Graphic officials were sacked following investigation which established underhand dealings with Ms Annor. According to the Graphic sources, the two Officers and Ms Annor created a ghost advertising company through which all EC’s Electoral Advertisements were channelled through.

The three then collected 25 per cent share on the adverts and pocketed it.

Dr Owusu-Ampofo stated that the operations of the advertisement syndicate goes beyond Graphic Communication and alleged that all state-owned media marketing and advertisement departments operates ghost agencies through which advertisement moneys are channelled through for personal gains.

He therefore called for immediate investigations into operations of state-owned media advertisements and marketing department to save the nation millions of moneys which goes into private pocket.

According to information available the Graphic Communication Board Chairperson has written to EC Chairman about the conduct of Ms Annor for the appropriate administrative action.

I believe late president Mills shared this vision and tried to implement it by encouraging young politicians for instance into leadership. Hence the Ablakwas' Ayarigas and the like got into very key positions.

Let's ask ourselves: what have these 'young people' done with the opportunities? Some have become arrogant, so full of themselves and believing they have arrived when in fact, they are only beginning the journey.

I believe we need regular continuing professional development and leadership workshops and training for these young people and to teach them to 'keep their feet on the ground' as we encourage them into leadership.

If we fail, we will have a crop of bad leaders in the next ten years and we will be none the wiser. Just look at the likes of Awuku, Kofi Adams, Owusu Afriyie, Stephen Atubiga, Ayariga (not the presidential candidate), Akomea etc. who were given a taste of leadership. Some of them took advantage of women working the organisation, others developed "sharp teeth' whilst drinking milk!!!

This young king hate the old folks, therefore he ordered his Abrafo to murder all the elderly people. One wise man like you Kofi Annan did not kill his elderly grandfather. No long after the elderly folks were murdered, this all out enjoying young King from Elimina decided to celebrate his birthday. He ordered his kingsmen to make a beautiful outfit made of animal hides for him to wear. Since he was a young lad he wanted this outfit to be skin tight but not the skin hogo type worn by the elderly people. The outfit made of a leopard skin was made and with no time wasting, the king was presented with he animal hide/outfit. Shortly after the young king wore the animal hide/outfit, it begin to become tight on him. It became so tight on him by the hour that it became harder for the young lad-King to breath. He was suffocating. He began to experience circulatory imperiment and death was eminent. Who can help this king. There was no physician to help. Kofi do not feel shy or fear to say that you are NDC supporter. It is okay to take sides. Even if two rivery teams like Hearts and Kotoko are playing soccer, the refree who officiate the match support one of the teams, even though he is a refree. Kofi you are a human but I do not buy Kids running the affairs of a nation like GHANA, Okay?

Thank you for your inspiring words. I think we have leaders, like Nana Akufo-Addo, who believes in the youth; he believes in giving the youth of Ghana and Africa the voice and the chance to excel. And this is why Nana should be declared the winner in this election fraud case. The EC stole the ballot for John Mahama and the NDC; it's not right!

This is the reason why I sincerely believe that Nana Akufo-Addo should be given the chance to move Ghana forward along with the youth of Ghana. The man deserves to lead our dear nation with his ideas for uplift the youth of Ghana and the entire African continent. It's time to speak the truth; we don't need any "buga-buga" tactics and kind of governance married with lies and vile propaganda.

Ghana continues to go in circles, not being able to achieve her goals because of bad leadership, election fraud and bad economic policies. let's all hope and pray that our Noble Justices at the Supreme Court will do the right thing, so we could move forward in great strides once again. For example, he must help us to know the age limit, educational background, and what they ought to achieve in life to qualify them as leaders. I don't think Annan meant we should get those ignorant youth that are parading in our politics of today. Also understand him to mean that they must be given learning opportunities to be mentored by the experienced ones so that they can take the mantle tomorrow. Besides, I also do not think he only mean they should be engaged in politics. In fact, young people do well in inventions and innovations so they must be allowed to lead in those areas not necessarily making them ministers of states etc. Their energy must be geared towards action not in idleness.

Mr K Annan, you have won much respect and global recognition and my advice is that you dont spoil it. If Kofi Anan was to endorse thief Mahama's presidency then he is looking for war. No one wants a junk president hanging on to power by errors and mistakes as indicated by Afari gyan to be a president of one's nation. Mahama is a curse to Ghana and must find his way to Nsawam prisons. The reason why he wants to hang on to power is all because of the numerous crimes committed by NDC.
