Your rants do not explain why the president on the face of votes counted, obtained almost 450,000 more votes than all of the NDC MPs combined? This is even more troubling when you come to think the votes difference between Nana Addo and Mahama were of approximately the same margin.

Bad ass Tony Aidoo must tell us how that could happen instead of his aimless rants.

The NPP petitioners say:

a) That it is non-plausible as it does not yield to the phenomenon of skirt and blouse whereby an individual vote for a president belonging to one party and an MP belonging to a completely different party.

In this case the NDC MPs are in the majority in parliament hence we can deduce no skirt-and-blouse took place. Overwhelming majority of our people don't vote skirt-and-blouse anyway.

b) The combined popular votes of all NDC MPs put together is lower than that of the NPP by over 121,000 votes.

We think that goes to show the EC splitting NDC strongholds into several constituencies even when they are not as heavily populated as NPP areas. How could places like Bantama and Weija with populations exceeding 100,000 have the same one MP as some NDC stronghold areas with 20,000 votes behind an MP? Does it make sense that the vote of 20,000 people is equal to that of 100,000 people? By granting each of them one MP each, are we not directly diluting or debasing the votes of 100,000 people?

This is how Afari Gyan, the EC chairman stole the election for the NDC. That was why he was in a hurry to create 45 new seats. Thieves! I can foresee some smart ass coming to say what happened was due to some NDC candidates running as independent against the party's chosen candidate, but to as far as 450,000? Come on, we are not kids. The NPP also have some candidates who ran independent against the party's chosen candidates so that cancels out.

The NPP also had candidates who ran as independents so that cancels out? Quite a sweeping statement not based on fact. Did those candidates win their seats? Did any NPP stronghold turn over to another party as happened in an NDC stroghold?

The NDC was the ruling party at the time of the elections and most voters had expected much from their sitting MPs but were not happy with them So they voted for the President but not for their MP. Some MPs like Adu Asare were deselected and their supporters could not bring themselves to vote for the new candidate. There are several reasons.

What you need is evidence that 400,000 illegal ballots were smuggled into ballot boxes across the country with NPP polling Stations looking on. And you do not have it.

Infact Addisons arguement is soo illogical i was surprised he made it at the highest court of the land. And having people supporting that arguement forcefully makes me very sad. It tells you there is something fundamentally wrong with our educational system. Because,if very educated people in our society can make wierd deductions like that,it speaks volumes as to why we are where we are. As you rightly argued there can be about 120 scenerous that can accounts for this situation. As someone who has researched into the voting pattern since 1996, i cant help it but to laugh over this wierd arguement. Let me give Addison just few happenings in the 2012 election. In KEEA, JM had over 30,000 votes whiles his parliamentary candidate had about 15,000 and the reason being that another NDC candidate who stood as independent candidate had over 14,000. Again all the Independent candidate who won their seat were from the NDC party, and when you check the votes from the presidential, all those who voted for the independent candidate virtually voted for JM in those constituencies. Again in constituencies where NDP candidate stood, the votes for the NDC MP reduced as a result of that whiles JM votes were high, and this was very significant especially in the Volta Region. Besides, any good observer, can easily tell you that JM was more porpular than his MPs in most constituencies, infact there were a lot of people who voted for NDC because of JM other than NDC as a party, and again this was very much so in the Zongo cummunities especially in the Ashanti and the Brong Ahafo regions. So you see Mr. Addison, this is just about four reasons why we had such results in 2012. If i were you, i will rather be disturbed to reaslise that the NPP presidential candidate had almost the same votes as all his MPs combined. It tells you, NPP didnt have a porpular candidates who can win an election on his own, and that he can only depend on the core NPP voters, for me that is quite revealing and that is where you guys should focus your energies on.

They the petitioners have constantly given analysis of figures while the respondents did not give any figures to disprove the petitioners claims. So it means the petitioners got all their figures right. Tony Aidoo, is an empty man. Addison, has done his calculations and come out with his figures. So Mr. Aidoo, please give us a tangible reason why Addison, is wrong and stop being a dump.

For me that is a defeatist way of looking at it. Why dont you also look as some of the figures and facts (which are available anyway) and draw your own conclusion. I dont think this people you trust soo much are any way bettey than you, i mean if you consider some of the arguements they have put forward. But in any event, i will assit you with some facts. You claim, i have only raised few points, but my good friend the three points i raised has over 240,000 votes (and these are facts, not Addison vodoo figures). 1. The NDC candidates who went independent and won are three and their combined votes are over 33,000 (Check figures on Peacefm website). 2. NDP candidates total votes are over 26,000. 3. NDC candidates who went independent and lost had a combined votes of over 190,000. There is no that doubt that some of these votes may come from other sources and not necessarily NDC voters, but you will agree with me that a chunk are definately disgruntled NDC voters who wanted to vote for JM and not NDC MP. But, there are more factors that i wanted to share with you, but i am afraid you will not be able to comprehend, since you have indicated you cant make your on deductions, but want 'NPP bains" to do it for you. So i will not bother to share with you. Thank you very much.

More importantly, it has actually putting the case of "how can Nana Addo wins the elections with only 2 regions to rest". Addison, has made critical point. Now it has been clearly established that one can win free ans fair elections in Ghana with only these two regions Ashanti & Eastern. I rest my case.

I urge all Ghanaians to be patient and wait for the judgement on 4th September 2013, which is just around the corner, then we will all know whether 'Dr' Aidoo or Lawyer Addison's argument will be described as infantile or not. We all know the saying in Ghanaian parlance that 'when an animal is about to die that is when it struggles hard', and also when the 'palm wine tapper's palm tree is about to die, that it gives out the best palm wine'. we all know 'Dr' Aidoo and the way he talks, so let's leave him, he is entitled to his opinion and let no wise person emulate his style because he is benefiting from this administration. I rest my case. God Bless Ghana and the supreme Court Judges.

Anybody who can analyse carefully what Addison declared will reach a conclusion that he has concede defeat before the SC.1.According to Addison,the petitioners must accept defeat because all the election petition in Africa have failed.2.He gave examples of countries where pétitions have been dismissed,Kenya,Nigeria,Uganda and Zambia.3.Addison said the petitioners are demanding the SC to do what no African country has not done before and it's impossible.4.He also explain why all the pétitions have failed based on technicalities and numbers.After given his resignation oral address he insulted the judges on top.According to Phillip Addison,the judges should make the losers happy because if they are not satisfied they will have every reason to create violence in the country.What this means is that,the Supreme Court judges are corrupt and will not rule in favour of the petitioners.I am surprised that Addison did not mention Ivory Coast where NPP supported the declaration of the EC and Outtarra.As for now,I think the judges should let Phillip Addison clarify this menace.Thank you.

If you have 99% wins in only 2 very populous constituencies and the other has only 55% wins in 4 small constituencies, you would end up with a higher number of individual votes in parliament and yet be minority in parliament with fewer seats.

Well, he can spew all that he imagines in his head but i'm happy that the supreme court judges would not seek the opinion of such fanatics before they make their decision. The only platform that he can sit on and make such irresponsible comments from an interlectual of his standing is the infamouse radio gold that is more like a training institute for NDC propaganda department with he Tonny as their rector. You can lie as much as you can but you cannot force the people to accept your lies.

Mr. Tonny, When shall we hear any wisdom language from your mouth so we the children can learn? I wonder the kind of conversation you are into in your daily activities because it looks like you are almost always angry at somebody and therefore, you never ever say any kind word. Even when you will be kind in your speech you still manage to put some bad word to disqualify the whole speech. Where were you trained? In Ghana or Where? Did you grow in a normal home with elderly people or with peers who had no plan in life. Why are you so full of insult all the time? You are disgracing people reading about Ghana from foreign lands. What do you want in life that makes you not to respect anyone? The lawyer is working for his client, he feels that is what happened and gave his own analysis, which to me is very logical and reasonable when one really thinks through it. Don't try to put dust in our eyes because we all can think. What kind of skirt and blouse is this? Addison is right it's curious and the judges must take all that into consideration. The marging is too suspicious and must be considered. I know that there will be a rerun for all to see how Mahama will get those votes again. We shall all see. Let me tell you, I had a dream and Nana has been given the nod to be the president. Tony, must know that Nana will soon be his president.
